EUPHORIA Blend for Women: Desire, the Cycle, Menopause and What the Research Covers
This page covers what EUPHORIA is, what research has looked at in women for each component and what it has not, the considerations that change for women, the cautions, and how Pepti supplies it. The full reference is what is the EUPHORIA blend, and the evidence benefit by benefit is in EUPHORIA blend benefits.

No study has tested EUPHORIA in women, or in anyone: it is four separately studied peptides, MOTS-c, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and kisspeptin-10, in one vial, and the evidence is per component. The component with the most research in women is kisspeptin, almost all of it with kisspeptin-54, the full-length form: it prompted the LH surge most strongly in the days before ovulation, served as an egg-maturation trigger in IVF trials, and in a 2022 randomised trial in premenopausal women with low desire increased activation in sexual-processing brain regions during one infusion. No trial has tested a weekday course of subcutaneous kisspeptin-10, which is how EUPHORIA is used. Because kisspeptin acts directly on the reproductive axis, EUPHORIA is not used in pregnancy, breastfeeding or when trying to conceive. Compounded EUPHORIA is not FDA approved.

EUPHORIA Blend for Women
The short answer
| Question | What the research shows | Strength of evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Has EUPHORIA been studied in women? | No study of the blend in anyone | None for the combination |
| Low desire | Increased activation in sexual-processing brain regions during one kisspeptin-54 infusion in premenopausal women (JAMA Network Open, 2022) | One small randomised trial, different form and route |
| The cycle | LH response to kisspeptin-54 greatest in the days before ovulation (JCEM, 2007) | Physiology, single doses |
| Fat and bone after loss of ovarian hormones | Less fat gain and less bone loss in ovariectomised mice given MOTS-c (2019, 2016) | Animal only |
| Skin | Small cosmetic studies of topical GHK-Cu on photoaged facial skin, mostly in women | Small human studies of creams, not the injection |
| Menopause symptoms | Not studied for any component | None |
| Pregnancy, breastfeeding or trying to conceive | Not used | Clear exclusion |
The honest summary: well-mapped kisspeptin physiology in women with a different form, a mouse menopause model for MOTS-c, cream studies for GHK-Cu, nothing sex-specific for BPC-157, and no trial of the blend as it is prescribed.
EUPHORIA Blend for Women
What EUPHORIA is, in one paragraph
EUPHORIA is a 5 mL multi-dose vial holding 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg BPC-157, 50 mg GHK-Cu and 2 mg kisspeptin-10. Each 0.25 mL dose, 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, delivers 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 0.1 mg kisspeptin-10. MOTS-c is a mitochondrial peptide described around AMPK and fuel handling; BPC-157 is a gastric-juice fragment studied around tissue repair and the gut lining; GHK-Cu is a copper tripeptide studied around collagen and matrix; kisspeptin is the upstream signal for the reproductive axis. None is a sex hormone, and kisspeptin adds no hormone from outside: it acts on the neurons that release GnRH, which drives LH and FSH, which drive estrogen production and ovulation.

What research has looked at in women
Kisspeptin and the cycle
A 2007 paper in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism reported that the LH response to subcutaneous kisspeptin-54 in healthy women varied across the cycle and was greatest in the days before ovulation. A 2011 study reported that kisspeptin's effect differed between men and women, which is one reason findings in men, where most of the hormone studies were done, do not transfer directly.
Hypothalamic amenorrhea and the schedule
In women whose periods had stopped because of low body weight, stress or over-training, twice-daily subcutaneous kisspeptin-54 for two weeks stimulated the axis and then the response faded (JCEM, 2009), while twice-weekly injections for eight weeks sustained it (Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, 2010). That fading under continuous exposure is why EUPHORIA's schedule has weekends off. These were small physiological studies; they did not measure whether ovulation, periods or fertility returned.
IVF
A 2014 paper in the Journal of Clinical Investigation reported that a single subcutaneous kisspeptin-54 injection, given in place of the usual trigger to women undergoing IVF, produced egg maturation in the large majority and was followed by live births, with follow-up trials in 2015 and 2017. Those were one- or two-dose triggers inside monitored fertility cycles. EUPHORIA is not a fertility treatment.
Desire: the 2022 trial
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in JAMA Network Open enrolled premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder. A kisspeptin-54 infusion increased activation in sexual-processing brain regions on functional MRI, with no serious adverse events attributed to it. It was small, single-session and intravenous, and it measured brain response, not months of desire. A EUPHORIA dose carries 0.1 mg of subcutaneous kisspeptin-10. For comparison, PT-141 has two phase 3 trials in 1,267 premenopausal women with HSDD; see PT-141 for women and kisspeptin for women.
MOTS-c: the ovariectomised-mouse studies
Ovariectomy is a standard animal model of post-menopausal metabolic change, which is why these studies are quoted for women. A 2019 paper in the Journal of Molecular Medicine reported less fat accumulation and more brown-fat activity in ovariectomised mice given MOTS-c, and a 2016 paper in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications reported less bone loss on micro-CT. Both describe prevention in mice, not change in women. There is no human trial of MOTS-c in either sex. See MOTS-c for women.
GHK-Cu: creams, not injections
GHK-Cu's human studies are small cosmetic studies of topical GHK-Cu on photoaged facial skin, mostly in women, plus one topical gel study in diabetic ulcers. None used the injectable form, whose evidence is animal work. Whether injected GHK-Cu does for skin what creams are reported to do has not been tested.
BPC-157
BPC-157 has no sex-specific research. Its largest literature is animal work on the gut lining and on tendon and muscle injury, with early-phase human work for inflammatory bowel indications.

What the evidence does not establish
- That a weekday course of subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 changes desire, mood, energy or the cycle in women.
- That EUPHORIA restores periods or ovulation, or improves fertility.
- That ovariectomised-mouse findings for MOTS-c transfer to women after menopause.
- That injected GHK-Cu changes skin the way topical GHK-Cu is reported to.
- That four peptides together do more than any one alone, an effect size, a timeline, or long-term safety.
EUPHORIA Blend for Women
What changes for women
Pregnancy, trying to conceive and breastfeeding
EUPHORIA is not used in pregnancy, breastfeeding or when trying to conceive. Kisspeptin acts directly on the reproductive axis, and none of the four components has human pregnancy or lactation safety data. If you are trying to conceive or in an IVF cycle, raise kisspeptin with the physician managing that care first. If you become pregnant on treatment, stop and contact your physician the same day. See can you take peptides while pregnant and do peptides affect fertility.
The cycle and contraception
Kisspeptin acts on the axis that runs the cycle, and no trial has looked at what a weekday course does to cycle regularity or to hormonal contraception. Tell your physician which method you use, and report any change in your periods to your care team. If you are also on tirzepatide, its label notes reduced oral contraceptive absorption around dose changes; see can you take EUPHORIA blend with tirzepatide.
Hormone-sensitive conditions
Because kisspeptin stimulates sex-hormone production, a hormone-sensitive condition, including a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, must be raised with your physician before starting.
Perimenopause and menopause
No study of any EUPHORIA component enrolled women in the transition or after it for menopause symptoms. EUPHORIA is not hormone therapy and does not replace the hormones that change. Low desire in these years is often driven by dryness, pain, sleep and mood rather than central drive, and no desire peptide addresses dryness or pain. Pepti does not prescribe menopausal hormone therapy; see peptides for menopause and peptides for women.
Desire and fatigue have other causes first
SSRIs and SNRIs, a new medication, sleep, pain with sex and relationship context all come before a peptide; see peptides for libido. In women, iron deficiency and thyroid disease are common, findable causes of fatigue and are worth checking first.
Sport
EUPHORIA is prohibited for every athlete in a tested pool, women included. Kisspeptin's WADA class, S2.2.1, is worded for males, but EUPHORIA also contains MOTS-c and BPC-157, both prohibited at all times for everyone. See is EUPHORIA blend banned in sports.

Where EUPHORIA stands with the FDA
Kisspeptin-10 was placed in Category 2 of the FDA's interim 503A list on 29 September 2023, citing immunogenicity potential with injected use, impurity characterisation and limited safety data, and it remains there on the list updated 14 May 2026. Category 2 is an interim policy position, not a ban, and no final rule has been issued. BPC-157 and MOTS-c were removed from Category 2 in April 2026 and recommended for the 503A Bulks List by the advisory committee in July 2026; final determinations are pending. GHK-Cu is scheduled for review before the end of February 2027. Compounded medications are not FDA approved.

Common questions
EUPHORIA Blend for Women, answered.
No study has tested EUPHORIA in women or anyone. Kisspeptin has small studies in women, mostly with kisspeptin-54; MOTS-c has ovariectomised-mouse work; GHK-Cu has small topical skin studies; BPC-157 has nothing sex-specific.
One small randomised trial reported increased activation in sexual-processing brain regions during a single kisspeptin-54 infusion in premenopausal women with low desire. That is not evidence about a weekday EUPHORIA course. PT-141 has much larger trials in women.
No. It is not used in pregnancy or breastfeeding, and kisspeptin acts directly on the reproductive axis.
No. EUPHORIA is not used when trying to conceive. Raise it with the physician managing your fertility care before anything else.
No trial has looked at that. Kisspeptin acts on the axis that runs the cycle, so tell your physician which contraception you use and report any change in your periods.
No study of any component tested menopause symptoms. It is not hormone therapy. The MOTS-c work used ovariectomised mice, a model, not women.
GHK-Cu's human skin studies are small studies of creams on photoaged facial skin. No study has tested injected GHK-Cu or EUPHORIA for skin.
They have not been compared. Kisspeptin alone carries five times the kisspeptin-10 per dose and is the cleaner choice when desire or hormone signalling is the whole goal.
Mostly injection-site redness, soreness or bruising and a faint blue tint from the copper. Some people report brief flushing, headache, nausea or a faster pulse early on. Report any change in your periods.
At Pepti, EUPHORIA is $279 a month, all-in, covering medication, physician review, refill management and shipping.
No. Bloodwork is not required for any Pepti treatment. If your physician wants labs for your care, they'll ask through your account. The free assessment goes to a physician licensed in your state. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
