Billing & Subscription Terms

These Billing & Subscription Terms explain how pepti (“we,” “us,” or “our”) charges for its products and services, and supplement our Terms of Service. Your medication is a subscription — it renews on the cycle your supply lasts, and you can cancel anytime from your account. Physician care and refill management are included in your medication price — there is no separate membership charge. Optional ongoing lab/bloodwork monitoring, where offered, is also recurring. These terms cover both.

1. Medication Purchases & Refills

When you order medication, you are charged at the price disclosed at checkout and then on the same cycle your supply lasts — every 28 days, not on a fixed calendar date. Your card is stored and charged automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund a supply already shipped.

2. Prepay 3 Supplies

The 3-supply prepay plan is no longer offered. If you enrolled in it before it was withdrawn, your plan continues on the terms below until you cancel, and any supplies you have already paid for will still be released to you as you become due.

The 3-supply plan, for patients still enrolled, works as follows (currently 10% off, with free shipping): three supplies are charged together at the start of each cycle, we ship one now and release the remaining two as you become due based on your prescribed protocol. This plan is a subscription — it renews with a new 3-supply charge each time your three supplies run out (the cycle length is three times your medication's supply cadence), until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancelling stops future bundle charges. Supplies already charged are non-refundable once the order is placed, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example, if your physician does not approve treatment, your payment is fully refunded).

3. Subscriptions

Our recurring (subscription) products are:

• Your medication — charged at the same all-in price each time it refills, on the cycle your supply lasts (every 28 days, or as the dose your physician prescribes requires), until you cancel. Physician care, refill management, messaging and app access are included in that price.
• Ongoing lab / bloodwork monitoring, where offered — a recurring plan for periodic testing.

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at enrollment, until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

4. Pricing

The price of any product is the price displayed at checkout plus any applicable taxes. A medication price includes the medication, physician evaluation, pharmacy compounding, and shipping. Subscription prices (the Pepti Medical Membership and bloodwork plans) are as disclosed at enrollment. We may change subscription prices, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the change applies.

5. Subscription Billing Cycle

For subscriptions, your billing cycle begins on the date you enroll and you are charged each period until you cancel. Medication bills on a cycle measured in days, not calendar months — 28 days for every product — so your charge date moves through the calendar and a 28-day cycle can bill twice in the same calendar month. If your physician changes your dose, the cycle changes with it and your next charge date moves accordingly. Prepaid multi-supply bundles are a single charge and have no billing cycle.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. For subscriptions, you authorize us to securely store your payment information for future charges. If a subscription payment fails, we may retry it; if we cannot process it, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your medication subscription at any time from your account, under “Your medications” — each medication can be cancelled separately. Cancelling stops all future charges and refills; a supply already in progress still ships. You may cancel any other subscription (a bloodwork plan) the same way:

• Through your account dashboard
• By emailing support@hellopepti.com
• By calling our customer support line

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a subscription billing period unless required by law.

8. Pausing a Subscription

You may pause an eligible subscription for up to 90 days through your account dashboard. While paused, you will not be charged for that subscription. It will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you cancel.

9. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In general, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, due to safety regulations. We may issue refunds in our sole discretion for billing errors, shipping damage, or other extraordinary circumstances, and as otherwise described in the Refund Policy.

10. Order Modifications

You may request changes to a future order or subscription (e.g., change of dose, switch to a different treatment, change of shipping address) through your account dashboard. Some changes may require additional physician approval. For prepaid or subscription items, changes must be made before the next shipment or billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

11. Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you may be charged for reshipment. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact support@hellopepti.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.

12. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

YOUR MEDICATION IS A SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You are charged the same all-in price each time it refills, on the cycle your supply lasts — every 28 days, or as the dose your physician prescribes requires. Because the cycle is measured in days, your charge date moves through the calendar. Prepaid multi-supply bundles are a single charge and do not renew. Ongoing bloodwork monitoring, where offered, also automatically renews. IF YOU ENROLL IN A SUBSCRIPTION, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE UNTIL YOU CANCEL, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for it. You may cancel at any time. We will send you a reminder email before any material change to your subscription terms.
