Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to all subscription-based products and services offered by [pepti] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and supplement our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Enrollment
When you subscribe to a treatment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at the time of enrollment, until you cancel. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.
2. Pricing
The price of your subscription is the price displayed at the time of enrollment plus any applicable taxes. Subscription fees include the cost of the medication, physician evaluation, pharmacy compounding, and shipping. We may change subscription prices, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
3. Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle begins on the date you place your initial order. You will be charged on the same day each month (or each quarter, if you select a quarterly plan) until you cancel. If your payment date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.
4. Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless otherwise stated, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period, and you will be charged the regular price. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
5. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to securely store your payment information for future charges. If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If we cannot process payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account dashboard
- By emailing support@hellopepti.com
- By calling our customer support line
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your treatment until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
7. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days through your account dashboard. While paused, you will not be charged and you will not receive shipments. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you cancel.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. In general, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, due to safety regulations. We may issue refunds in our sole discretion for billing errors, shipping damage, or other extraordinary circumstances.
9. Order Modifications
You may request changes to your subscription (e.g., change of dose, switch to a different treatment, change of shipping address) through your account dashboard. Some changes may require additional physician approval. Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.
10. Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you may be charged for reshipment. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact support@hellopepti.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
11. Auto-Renewal Disclosure
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE UNTIL YOU CANCEL. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. We will send you a reminder email before any material change to your subscription terms.
