Licensed-physician review
Every prescription request is reviewed by a physician licensed in your state. A provider — not an algorithm — decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you, based on your intake, history, and any lab work.
Contraindication screening
Your intake screens for medical history, current medications, allergies, and conditions that would make a treatment unsafe. Incomplete or inconsistent answers can result in a request being declined.
FDA-registered pharmacies
Prescriptions are dispensed by independent, state-licensed pharmacies, including FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Before you start treatment.
An honest, complete intake is the single most important thing you can do for your own safety. Your provider relies on what you share to decide whether a treatment is right for you.
- Disclose all current medications, supplements, and prior reactions — including anything you take occasionally.
- Tell your provider if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Share any history of cancer, thyroid disease, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney or liver problems, or mental-health conditions.
- Follow the dose, schedule, and administration instructions your provider gives you — do not adjust them on your own.
- Store and handle your medication exactly as directed, and never share it with anyone else.
About compounded medications
Many Pepti treatments are compounded at FDA-registered 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient based on a prescription and are not FDA-approved — they have not undergone the FDA review process for safety and effectiveness for a specific use. A licensed provider determines whether a compounded treatment is appropriate for you, and results may vary from person to person.

No. None of the peptide therapies prescribed through Pepti are controlled substances.
No. Pregnancy, planned pregnancy, and breastfeeding are screened for every treatment, and GLP-1 therapy in particular should be stopped at least two months before a planned conception. Tell your physician immediately if this changes during treatment.

No. Prescription medication is prescribed to one person after their own assessment, so each adult completes their own intake, uploads their own ID, and has their own account. You can share a link; the assessment itself has to be theirs.
Telehealth prescribing requires the physician to verify who they are treating, including age and state of residence. Your ID is checked against your intake, stored encrypted under HIPAA, used only for your care, and never shared for advertising. If the photo is unreadable you get a text asking for a clearer one.
Credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. Pepti does not offer buy-now-pay-later plans, does not bill insurance, and does not take PayPal or cryptocurrency. Your card is saved securely for refills, and you can change it anytime from your account.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the physician does not prescribe, the medication charge is refunded automatically; for anything else, email support@hellopepti.com and you get a reply within 2 business days.
On your refill cycle, about every 28 days from the day you first paid, at the same price as your first fill for the same dose. You get a text a few days before it renews, your physician reviews the refill, and it ships after the charge. Cancel from your account before the renewal date and it does not bill. A shipment hold delays delivery only; billing continues while it's held.
Yes, by text at each step: a heads-up a few days before the refill renews, a confirmation when it bills, a note when the pharmacy is compounding, the tracking number when it ships, and a delivery confirmation. Messages from your physician also arrive by text with a link to reply.
Yes. Under Your medications in your account, cancel the one you want to stop. Its future billing ends, the shipment already in progress still arrives, and the rest of your plan continues on the same schedule. Cancelling the last medication cancels the plan.
