EUPHORIA Blend Benefits: What the Research Behind Each Peptide Shows

Read the last row first. "EUPHORIA benefits" is shorthand for four separate literatures, none of which tested the four peptides together.

GHK-Cu is 50 of the 72 mg in the vial, so by mass EUPHORIA is mostly a GHK-Cu preparation, and kisspeptin-10 is the smallest component by a wide margin. The rationale prescribers give is that the four cover systems that tend to decline together, metabolism, tissue repair, skin and the body's own sex-hormone signalling, in a single injection. That is a rationale, not a finding.

What the research describes. MOTS-c was identified in a 2015 Cell Metabolism paper, which reported that in cultured cells it inhibits the folate cycle, causing a metabolite called AICAR to accumulate and activate AMPK, the low-fuel sensor exercise switches on, with skeletal muscle as the main target. In mice, treatment prevented age-related and diet-induced insulin resistance and weight gain on a high-fat diet.

The human data. Observational: studies measuring the body's own MOTS-c, which is reported lower in some people with type 2 diabetes, and a genetic association study (Aging, 2021). A modified analogue, CB4211, had a company-reported Phase 1b study. None of these gave anyone the compounded peptide.

Evidence type. Animal, plus human observation. What it means. A coherent mouse story and no human treatment trial. It also explains a caution: anyone on glucose-lowering medication should say so at intake. MOTS-c benefits covers this line in full.

What the research describes. A 2021 Nature Communications paper reported better physical performance in treated mice at every age, including with intermittent treatment started late in life, and reported that in humans exercise raises the body's own MOTS-c.

Evidence type. Animal, plus an observational human finding. Strength. "Exercise mimetic" is a proposed mechanism, not a demonstrated effect in people. Prescribers describe any MOTS-c effect as something to expect, if at all, alongside a training and nutrition plan rather than instead of one.

What the research describes. A 2003 Journal of Orthopaedic Research paper reported faster healing and better functional recovery of transected Achilles tendon in rats, and muscle crush models report the same pattern. Animal work describes BPC-157 activating VEGFR2 and nitric-oxide signalling, the axis used to grow new blood vessels into healing tissue, and a 2011 Journal of Applied Physiology paper described tendon fibroblast migration through the FAK and paxillin pathway.

Evidence type. Animal and cell. What it means. There are no randomised human trials of BPC-157 for injury. EUPHORIA has no TB-500, so for repair alone a dedicated repair blend is the more targeted prescription. BPC-157 benefits covers the detail.

What the research describes. BPC-157's largest literature is gastrointestinal: animal work describing protection against NSAID- and alcohol-induced gastric damage and improvement in inflammatory bowel models. The only randomised human study is a two-week enema trial in ulcerative colitis, reported as a 2005 conference abstract, which the FDA judged inadequate to support efficacy.

Evidence type. Animal, plus one incomplete human abstract by a different route. A gut complaint on its own points to BPC-157 alone rather than a four-peptide blend.

What the research describes. Reviews in BioMed Research International (2015) and the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (2018) collect cell and animal work describing increased collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, a shift in the balance between matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors, and support for angiogenesis. Collagen cross-linking is copper-dependent, which is the basis for most of this.

The human data. Small studies of topical GHK-Cu on photoaged facial skin, plus one topical gel study in diabetic ulcers. None used the injectable form.

Evidence type. Cell, animal and human topical. Skin turnover is slow by nature, and no study has tested injected GHK-Cu for skin in people. See GHK-Cu benefits.

What the research describes. Kisspeptin binds the KISS1R receptor on the hypothalamic neurons that release GnRH, which drives pituitary LH and FSH, which drive testosterone in the testes and oestrogen in the ovaries. A 2005 paper in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism reported intravenous kisspeptin-54 raising LH, FSH and testosterone in healthy men, and a 2011 paper in the same journal reported kisspeptin-10 raising LH and testosterone and making LH pulses more frequent after a single bolus or short infusion.

What it means. Kisspeptin is the one component whose mechanism has been mapped in humans, and it prompts the body's own axis rather than adding hormone from outside. But no trial has measured what a subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 course does to testosterone over weeks, and the research describes the response fading under continuous exposure (tachyphylaxis), which is why the schedule has gaps. What the research describes. Two randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trials in JAMA Network Open, in premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder (2022) and in men (2023), reported that a kisspeptin-54 infusion increased activation in sexual-processing brain regions on fMRI, and in men increased penile tumescence in response to sexual videos, versus placebo. A 2017 Journal of Clinical Investigation fMRI paper reported greater limbic activation in response to sexual and couple-bonding images during a kisspeptin-54 infusion.

Evidence type. Human, randomised. Strength. Real and randomised, and also small, single-session, intravenous, using the 54-amino-acid form, and measuring brain response rather than desire in daily life over months. This is the benefit the blend exists to deliver, and it has no evidence. No study has compared EUPHORIA with its components. A blend is a convenience, one injection, one schedule, one refill, not a stronger version of its parts, and it makes it harder to tell which component did what.

• That four peptides together do more than any one alone.
• That a subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 course raises testosterone or LH in a sustained way, or changes desire in daily life.
• That injected MOTS-c changes weight, glucose, fitness or energy in humans.
• That injected GHK-Cu does for skin what topical GHK-Cu is reported to do.
• An effect size or a human timeline for any component.
• Long-term safety, or efficacy for any condition as an FDA-approved treatment. Neither EUPHORIA nor any component is approved for anything.

The four are not in the same place. Kisspeptin-10 was placed in Category 2 of the FDA's interim 503A list on 29 September 2023; on 29 October 2024 the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 0 to 11 against adding it to the 503A Bulks List; and it remains in Category 2 on the FDA's list updated 14 May 2026, with no final rule issued. BPC-157 and MOTS-c were removed from Category 2 in April 2026, and in July 2026 the committee voted to recommend adding both (8 to 6 and 7 to 5) to the 503A Bulks List, with final determinations pending. GHK-Cu was also removed in April 2026 and is scheduled for the committee before the end of February 2027.
