Free Shipping
All orders ship free within the United States. There are no hidden fees or shipping surcharges. Shipping costs are included in the price of your subscription.
Where We Ship
[pepti] currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories where licensed healthcare providers are available. We do not currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
After your prescription is approved by a licensed healthcare provider, your order is forwarded to our partner pharmacy for compounding. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, including a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, and carrier delays. Some medications that require temperature control are shipped via expedited overnight or two-day service to maintain product integrity.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the package does not indicate its contents, the pharmacy, or [pepti]. Your privacy is important to us.
Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Certain peptides require refrigeration. These medications ship with insulated packaging and ice packs. Please refrigerate your medication immediately upon arrival. If your shipment arrives warm or appears compromised, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
Signature Requirement
For your security, some shipments may require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
Address Changes
You may update your shipping address through your account dashboard at any time. Address changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to your upcoming shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please:
- Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and at your front office or mailroom
- Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If you still cannot locate the package, contact support@hellopepti.com
