Credentialing
Our team verifies your active license(s), NPI, malpractice coverage, and conducts a brief background check. Typically 1–2 weeks.
Onboarding & training
1-hour platform walkthrough plus 2 hours of peptide-protocol training (asynchronous). You'll review and sign off on the prescribing protocols you're comfortable with.

Frequently asked questions
Who can apply?
Any DO or MD with an active, unrestricted state medical license. Nurse practitioners and PAs are not eligible at this time. We currently prescribe in 45 states; physicians licensed in California, Hawaii, Mississippi, Vermont, and Wyoming are not yet onboarded.
Is this 1099 or W-2?
1099. You're an independent contractor practicing under your own license. We provide the patient intake, EHR, prescription routing, and pharmacy logistics — you provide the clinical judgment.
How much can I earn?
Compensation is per-consult plus a recurring per-patient panel fee for ongoing oversight. Most physicians on the network see $8,000–$25,000/mo depending on the number of states they're licensed in and hours they commit. Multi-state physicians earn the most.
Do I need malpractice?
Yes. We require an active malpractice policy with telehealth coverage. We can refer you to vetted carriers if you don't have one.
What's the time commitment?
There's no minimum, but most active physicians spend 5–15 hours per week on intake review, follow-ups, and patient questions. You set your own availability windows.
Will I be writing controlled substances?
No. The peptide therapies prescribed through pepti are not controlled substances. TRT and HCG are prescribed by a separate team with the appropriate DEA credentials in eligible states.
What's the application timeline?
Initial review: 3 business days. Credentialing (license verification, NPI, malpractice, training): 1–2 weeks. Onboarding to the platform: 1 week. Most physicians are seeing patients within 30 days of applying.
