Same medication from the same pharmacy. The vial is multi-dose and drawn with an insulin syringe; the pen cartridge is pre-filled, clicks into a reusable injector, and doses by dial. The pen costs slightly more per month. You can switch formats from the cart or by asking your physician, and both are stored refrigerated.

Because the risks differ. GLP-1s and growth-hormone secretagogues act on metabolic and hormonal systems the physician needs a baseline for, so those require recent labs before they are prescribed. Recovery, skin, sleep, and cognitive peptides do not, and can be prescribed from the assessment alone.
Yes. Your current medications are part of the intake, and the physician checks them against the request before prescribing, for example a GLP-1 with insulin or a sulfonylurea, a GLP-1 with warfarin, or PT-141 with uncontrolled blood pressure.
