Can You Take EUPHORIA Blend With Tirzepatide or Semaglutide?

This page covers what EUPHORIA is next to a GLP-1, where the two meet, the symptoms that could come from either, how the schedules fit, who should discuss it first, and how to add EUPHORIA properly. EUPHORIA is not a weight treatment and not a treatment for GLP-1 side effects.

Tirzepatide (Injectable)
Tirzepatide$159/mo

EUPHORIA can be prescribed alongside tirzepatide or semaglutide when a physician reviewing your intake judges it appropriate, but no study has tested the blend with a GLP-1, and the blend itself has never been studied as a blend. None of its four components, MOTS-c, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and kisspeptin-10, acts on the GLP-1 or GIP receptor or on appetite, so EUPHORIA does a different job from tirzepatide rather than adding to it. The points that matter are practical: MOTS-c and tirzepatide both point toward lower blood sugar, both can nudge heart rate, kisspeptin and the GLP-1 can both cause nausea, and kisspeptin and tirzepatide both touch fertility and contraception planning. Everything on this page applies to semaglutide the same way.

What EUPHORIA is, next to a GLP-1

Tirzepatide is a single peptide that activates the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. It acts on appetite centres in the brain, slows gastric emptying, and changes insulin and glucagon signalling (what is tirzepatide). EUPHORIA is four separately studied peptides dissolved in one vial, each with its own literature and its own regulatory file (what is the EUPHORIA blend). By mass it is mostly GHK-Cu: 50 of the 72 mg.

Component Per 25 unit dose What it is described to do Human evidence Relation to tirzepatide
MOTS-c 0.5 mg AMPK activation and fuel handling in muscle (mice) No randomised trials; observational data only Both point toward lower glucose
BPC-157 0.5 mg Angiogenesis, tendon cell migration, gut-lining protection in animals Early-phase work for inflammatory bowel indications No shared pathway
GHK-Cu 2.5 mg Collagen and matrix synthesis, copper delivery Small topical skin studies only No shared pathway
Kisspeptin-10 0.1 mg Prompts the body's own reproductive hormone axis Small studies, mostly kisspeptin-54 by infusion Both touch fertility planning

None of the four binds the GIP or GLP-1 receptor or is described as acting on appetite or gastric emptying. That makes a direct pharmacological interaction with tirzepatide unlikely on mechanism. With no study of the pairing, that is the limit of what can be said, and it is not the same as evidence that the combination is safe.

Where EUPHORIA and a GLP-1 meet

  • Blood sugar

This is the main practical point, and it comes from the MOTS-c component. In the 2015 Cell Metabolism work, MOTS-c in mice was reported to prevent age-related insulin resistance and the insulin resistance that develops on a high-fat diet. That has never been tested in people, but the mechanism points toward lower glucose. Tirzepatide amplifies insulin release only when glucose is high, so on its own it rarely causes low blood sugar (under 2 percent in SURPASS-2), though the risk rises with insulin or a sulfonylurea.

    If you What it means
Take no glucose-lowering medication Low blood sugar is uncommon on either; know the signs anyway
Take insulin or a sulfonylurea Say so at intake; both MOTS-c's mechanism and tirzepatide point toward lower glucose
Feel shaky, sweaty or confused Treat it the way you have been taught, then report it the same day

Never change your diabetes medication on your own. Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and any change is printed on your vial.

  • Heart rate

Some people describe jitteriness or a faster pulse in the hour or two after a dose early in a EUPHORIA course, attributed to MOTS-c, which usually settles. On the GLP-1 side, the semaglutide label reports resting heart rate rising by an average of 1 to 4 beats per minute against placebo, and the tirzepatide label asks for heart rate to be checked at routine intervals. A heart that races at rest should be reported on either.

  • Nausea, flushing and headache

Nausea is the most common tirzepatide side effect, reported by 25 to 29 percent of adults on the approved weight-management label against 8 percent on placebo, and it clusters after starting and after each dose increase. On EUPHORIA, kisspeptin-10 is reported to cause occasional nausea, brief flushing and early headache, and some people report early nausea or light-headedness with the blend. Two sources of queasiness in the same weeks are hard to tell apart, which is the main reason to start EUPHORIA when your GLP-1 dose is steady, not in the same week as an increase. Managing GLP-1 nausea is covered in GLP-1 nausea: how to manage it.

  • Fertility and contraception

This is the point people miss. Kisspeptin acts directly on the reproductive axis, and EUPHORIA is not used in pregnancy, breastfeeding or when trying to conceive. On the GLP-1 side, weight reduction can restore ovulation in people who had stopped ovulating, and tirzepatide can reduce how well oral contraceptives are absorbed for four weeks after starting and after each dose increase; the label advises a non-oral method or an added barrier method in those windows.

Fact Comes from What it means for you
Weight reduction can restore ovulation GLP-1 medications Pregnancy is possible even if it was not before
Oral contraceptives may be absorbed less reliably in the dose-change windows Tirzepatide Raise your contraception at intake
Kisspeptin is not used in pregnancy, breastfeeding or when trying to conceive EUPHORIA Tell your physician about any pregnancy plans
Pregnancy rules out tirzepatide and semaglutide GLP-1 medications Tell your physician and care team straight away

If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or think you might be, tell your physician and care team through your account before your next dose, and do not change or stop anything on your own. More is in do peptides affect fertility and can you take peptides while pregnant.

  • Stomach side effects: EUPHORIA is not the fix

People sometimes ask whether the BPC-157 in EUPHORIA will settle tirzepatide's stomach effects. BPC-157's gut literature is animal work, and GLP-1 nausea, reflux and constipation come from slowed gastric emptying. They are a dose and titration question for the prescribing physician, not a reason to add a second vial.

Can You Take EUPHORIA Blend With Tirzepatide or Semaglutide?

Symptoms that could come from either

Symptom On tirzepatide On EUPHORIA
Nausea The most common effect, around starting and dose increases Occasional, attributed to kisspeptin; early nausea reported for the blend
Dizziness or light-headedness 4 to 5 percent on the label, against 2 percent Some people early on
Faster pulse Resting heart rate can rise slightly Some people after a dose, attributed to MOTS-c
Flushing or headache Headache appears on GLP-1 lists Brief flushing and early headache, attributed to kisspeptin
Injection-site redness or bruising 6 to 8 percent on the label The most common report
Faint blue tint at the site No Possible, from the copper in GHK-Cu
Reflux, constipation, diarrhea Common around dose increases Not described

Fitting the schedules together

EUPHORIA Tirzepatide
Draw 0.25 mL (25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe) 0.50 mL (50 units)
Medication per dose 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 0.1 mg kisspeptin-10 Your weekly strength, 2.5 mg to 15 mg
How often Once daily Monday through Friday, weekends off Once weekly, same day each week
Doses per vial 20 4
One vial lasts About four weeks Four weeks

The EUPHORIA figures are math from the vial: 0.25 mL carries a quarter of each component's per-mL concentration, and 5 mL at 0.25 mL is 20 doses. The weekend gap is deliberate, because kisspeptin's response fades under continuous exposure. Both run on a 28-day refill cycle, one vial per fill.

  • Two vials, two syringes, two sites. Never mix EUPHORIA and tirzepatide in one syringe; each vial's directions were calculated against that vial's concentration.
  • Keep your tirzepatide day fixed. On a shared weekday, inject each at a different site.
  • Refrigerate both, and do not keep a multi-peptide vial past its beyond-use date.

The dose arithmetic is in EUPHORIA blend dosage and tirzepatide dosing chart.

Can You Take EUPHORIA Blend With Tirzepatide or Semaglutide?

Who should discuss it first

Situation Why
Insulin or a sulfonylurea MOTS-c's mechanism and tirzepatide both point toward lower glucose
Testosterone therapy External testosterone suppresses the system kisspeptin acts on; kisspeptin is not used alongside it
Hormone-sensitive condition, including hormone-sensitive cancer Kisspeptin stimulates sex-hormone production
Pregnancy, trying to conceive or breastfeeding Neither EUPHORIA nor a GLP-1 is used
Oral contraceptive Tirzepatide's absorption windows need planning
Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 Rules out tirzepatide and semaglutide
Wilson's disease or another copper-metabolism disorder Rules out the GHK-Cu component
Personal history of cancer, or anticoagulants Blood-vessel mechanisms of BPC-157 and GHK-Cu
Already on kisspeptin, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu or another blend containing them EUPHORIA would duplicate components
Tested athlete MOTS-c, BPC-157 and kisspeptin are on the WADA Prohibited List

Bloodwork is not required for any Pepti treatment. If your physician wants labs for your care, they'll ask through your account.

Can You Take EUPHORIA Blend With Tirzepatide or Semaglutide?

Semaglutide works the same way

Semaglutide acts at GLP-1 only, where tirzepatide acts at GLP-1 and GIP, but both reduce appetite and slow gastric emptying, both bring the same early stomach side effects, and both rarely cause low blood sugar on their own. Nothing on this page changes for semaglutide. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are never taken together; see semaglutide vs tirzepatide.

Can You Take EUPHORIA Blend With Tirzepatide or Semaglutide?

What the evidence shows, honestly

Tirzepatide has a large human trial base in its approved form. EUPHORIA has never been studied as a blend; its evidence is per component and uneven: no human trials of MOTS-c, early-phase human work for BPC-157, small topical studies for GHK-Cu, and small kisspeptin trials that mostly used kisspeptin-54 by infusion. There is no study of EUPHORIA or any component with a GLP-1.

On regulation, kisspeptin-10 remains in Category 2 of the FDA's interim 503A list, where it was placed on 29 September 2023, and the FDA's advisory committee voted 0 to 11 against listing it in October 2024. BPC-157 and MOTS-c were removed from Category 2 in April 2026 and recommended for the 503A Bulks List by the committee in July 2026 (8 to 6 and 7 to 5); final determinations are pending. GHK-Cu is scheduled for review before the end of February 2027. The pairing is reasonable to discuss when there is a separate reason for EUPHORIA. It is not a stack shown to work better than tirzepatide alone. Related reading: can you take kisspeptin with tirzepatide and can you take MOTS-c with tirzepatide.

How to add EUPHORIA to a GLP-1 properly

  1. Name the goal that is separate from weight, such as desire, energy or skin, so your physician can judge whether a four-component vial is the right tool or whether a single component fits better.
  2. List everything, including glucose-lowering medication, testosterone, contraception, supplements such as zinc, and any blend you already take.
  3. Start when your GLP-1 dose is steady, not in the same week as a dose increase.
  4. Report what happens, including nothing, through your account.

Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and every vial arrives with its directions printed on the label. More on combining is in what peptides can you take with tirzepatide and can you take two peptides together. Step by step: how to get tirzepatide prescribed, and for the components kisspeptin and MOTS-c.
