Common questions.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Every treatment is reviewed and prescribed by a physician licensed in your state. You complete a free online intake, and a provider determines whether treatment is appropriate before anything is dispensed.
What if I'm not approved?
If our physician decides treatment isn't appropriate for you, your medication won't be prescribed and you won't be charged for it. The assessment and physician review are always free.
Which states is Pepti available in?
Pepti currently serves patients in Florida and Texas. Eligibility is confirmed during your assessment based on your shipping address. At-home blood testing ships to all 50 states.
Are Pepti's medications FDA-approved?
Many of our treatments are compounded at FDA-registered 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved — a licensed provider determines whether a treatment is appropriate for you, and results may vary.
How long until I get my medication?
Most patients receive their first shipment within 5-7 business days of physician approval. Compounded medications are made-to-order at our partner pharmacy, so production adds 2-3 days on top of standard shipping.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime. You're not locked into a contract. You can pause your subscription if you want to take a break (e.g., during travel) or cancel outright. We'll continue any active prescriptions through the end of your billing period.
What if I need to talk to my doctor?
Just message them through your account dashboard — there's no extra cost. Most replies happen within 24 hours, and our team is online 24/7 for urgent questions.
