Each treatment has one all-in monthly price that includes the compounded medication, physician care, and shipping. Prescription peptides run $119 to $369 per month at Pepti, and the price is the same in every state. There is no membership fee, no consult fee, and no visit fee. Every price is published on the product page before you start.

The compounded medication from a state-licensed, FDA-registered pharmacy; sterile syringes and alcohol prep pads for injectables; free tracked shipping in an unbranded box; the licensed physician who reviews your assessment and manages your care; dose adjustments without an appointment; and unlimited messaging with your care team. If the physician does not prescribe, the medication charge is refunded.

No membership fee. The medication price is the full price. Treatment itself renews monthly, with a fresh supply shipping about every 28 days depending on the dose your physician prescribes, and you can cancel anytime from your account with no cancellation fee.

Pepti is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. Compounded peptides are not covered by insurance or Medicare. Most patients can use HSA or FSA funds, since the medication is physician-prescribed.

Every batch is independently tested before release: identity, purity, potency, sterility, endotoxins, and related tests to USP standards. Documentation is available on request, and Pepti dispenses only physician-prescribed, pharmacy-compounded medication, never research-use-only product.

Every prescription is compounded at a US, state-licensed, FDA-registered pharmacy and shipped directly from the pharmacy to you. Nothing is imported and nothing is sold as research-grade.

No. The peptide therapies prescribed through Pepti are not controlled substances.

Because the risks differ. GLP-1s and growth-hormone secretagogues act on metabolic and hormonal systems the physician needs a baseline for, so those require recent labs before they are prescribed. Recovery, skin, sleep, and cognitive peptides do not, and can be prescribed from the assessment alone.
