EUPHORIA Blend Side Effects: What Is Reported, What Is Not Known, and Who Should Avoid It

This page sets out what EUPHORIA is, which side effects are reported and which component they are attributed to, the component-specific cautions, what needs urgent care, when to message your care team, who should not take it, and what nobody knows yet. EUPHORIA is a compounded prescription injection, and compounded medications are not FDA approved.

EUPHORIA Blend (MOTS-c / BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / Kisspeptin-10)
EUPHORIA Blend (MOTS-c / BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / Kisspeptin-10)$279/mo

The side effects reported with EUPHORIA are mostly at the injection site: redness, mild soreness, occasional bruising, and sometimes a faint blue tint from the copper in GHK-Cu. Some people report flushing, headache, nausea, light-headedness or a faster pulse early on, which usually settles. The cautions specific to EUPHORIA come from its components: kisspeptin stimulates sex-hormone production, so a hormone-sensitive condition or cancer history must be raised first; MOTS-c is described improving insulin sensitivity in mice, so glucose-lowering medication belongs on the intake; and GHK-Cu means anyone with a copper-metabolism disorder should not take it. Repeated subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 has not been studied over months, and facial or throat swelling or difficulty breathing after a dose is a reason to call 911.

Some people Brief flushing or headache Kisspeptin; also reported for the blend Usually passes; report it if it persists
Some people Nausea or light-headedness early on Reported for the blend; nausea also for kisspeptin and GHK-Cu Tell your physician if it persists
Some people Jitteriness or a faster pulse in the hour or two after a dose, early in a course MOTS-c Usually settles; report a racing heart at rest
Stop and call Shakiness, sweating or confusion if you take glucose-lowering medication Possible low blood sugar (MOTS-c) Treat it, then report it the same day
Stop and call Persistent vomiting, abdominal pain, jaundice or new confusion The pattern copper excess would produce Stop dosing and contact your physician
Stop and call An injection site that is hot, spreading or worse after 48 hours Possible infection Same-day message
Emergency Facial or throat swelling, widespread rash or hives, wheeze or breathing difficulty A possible allergic reaction to any injected peptide Call 911 first, then tell your physician

EUPHORIA Blend Side Effects

What is in EUPHORIA, and why that shapes the side effects

EUPHORIA is four peptides dissolved together in one 5 mL vial: 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg BPC-157, 50 mg GHK-Cu and 2 mg kisspeptin-10. Pepti's typical directions are 0.25 mL, which is 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, under the skin once daily Monday through Friday, so each dose delivers 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 0.1 mg (100 mcg) kisspeptin-10. Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and they are printed on the vial. The arithmetic is in EUPHORIA blend dosage.

Component Per dose What it adds to the side-effect picture
MOTS-c 0.5 mg Jitteriness, a faster pulse or light-headedness after a dose in some people; the blood glucose caution; prohibited in sport at all times
BPC-157 0.5 mg Early tiredness, headache or nausea in some people; a vascular mechanism and animal clotting signals
GHK-Cu 2.5 mg Copper: the blue colour, the occasional blue mark, and the copper-disorder contraindication
Kisspeptin-10 0.1 mg Brief flushing, headache, occasional nausea; the hormone-sensitive and testosterone cautions

There is no side-effect data for the four together, because the blend has never been studied as a blend. What follows is what is reported clinically and what the component pages describe: kisspeptin side effects, MOTS-c side effects, is GHK-Cu safe and is BPC-157 safe.

EUPHORIA Blend Side Effects

Common EUPHORIA side effects

  • Injection-site reactions and the blue tint

The most frequent report, and common to every subcutaneous peptide. A small red, tender or firm area that fades within a day or two is expected; copper compounds are mildly irritant to skin. A faint blue tint at the site is copper from the GHK-Cu that has not yet dispersed, and it clears on its own. A site that is larger, hotter or more painful at 48 hours than at 24 is behaving like an infection and should be looked at the same day. Rotate between abdomen and thigh and use a fresh needle every time; technique is in how to inject peptides safely.

  • Flushing, headache and nausea

Brief flushing around the time of a dose, an occasional headache mostly early in a course, and occasional nausea are the effects reported with kisspeptin-10 injections. Kisspeptin's hormonal effect in the research is fast and short: LH rises within an hour and the peptide is cleared within minutes, so there is no drug level held for days. Nausea is also the kind of symptom copper produces at higher exposure, more often reported by people taking more than one copper-containing product. These usually pass; report them if they persist or affect eating.

  • Jitteriness, a faster pulse and light-headedness

MOTS-c acts on AMPK, an energy-sensing pathway, and some people describe transient jitteriness, a faster pulse or mild light-headedness in the hour or two after a dose, particularly early in a course. It usually settles. If it does not, message your care team rather than moving or changing the dose yourself. A heart that races at rest, or light-headedness that does not pass, should be reported promptly. Anyone on blood-pressure medication should say so at intake.

  • Tiredness

A flat or foggy feeling or a mild headache in the first one to two weeks is described for BPC-157 and usually settles. Fatigue that persists beyond a few weeks has many possible causes and should be reported rather than attributed to the peptide.

Component-specific cautions

  • Hormone-sensitive conditions and testosterone (kisspeptin)

Kisspeptin is not a sex hormone and adds no hormone from outside; it prompts the body's own axis, from GnRH to LH and FSH to testosterone and oestrogen. Because it stimulates sex-hormone production, a hormone-sensitive condition, including a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, must be raised with your physician before starting. External testosterone suppresses the very system kisspeptin acts on, no trial has tested the combination, and kisspeptin is not used alongside it; tell your physician if you are on testosterone, and see can you take peptides with testosterone. In women, report any change in your periods to your care team.

  • Blood glucose (MOTS-c)

In the 2015 Cell Metabolism work, MOTS-c treatment in mice was reported to prevent age-related and diet-induced insulin resistance. That has never been tested as a treatment in people, but the mechanism points toward lower glucose. Anyone who takes insulin or another glucose-lowering medication should say so at intake. Shakiness, sweating or confusion are the signs of low blood sugar; treat it the way you have been taught for your diabetes medication, then report it.

  • Copper (GHK-Cu)

Sign What it can mean What to do
Persistent nausea and vomiting Copper excess shows up in the gut first Stop dosing and contact your physician
Abdominal pain Same pattern Stop dosing and contact your physician
Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice) Liver involvement Stop dosing and contact your physician the same day
New confusion Severe accumulation affecting the brain Call 911 if it is sudden or severe

This pattern is not reported at prescribed GHK-Cu doses in people with normal copper handling. It belongs to people with Wilson's disease or another copper-metabolism disorder, people whose liver cannot excrete copper normally, and people unknowingly taking two copper-containing products. EUPHORIA carries a full GHK-Cu dose, so it alongside GHK-Cu, GLOW, KLOW, ETERNAL, RADIANCE or REVIVE doubles the copper. High-dose zinc competes with copper, so your physician needs to know your dose; do not change your supplements on your own.

  • Blood vessels, clotting and cancer history (BPC-157 and GHK-Cu)

BPC-157 and GHK-Cu are both described in cell and animal work as supporting new blood-vessel growth, which healing tissue needs and tumours also use. In 28-day animal studies of BPC-157 at doses far above anything prescribed, the FDA flagged changes in clotting time. No human data exist on either point. A personal history of cancer and anticoagulant therapy both go on the intake; see can peptides cause cancer.

What the FDA has said about kisspeptin-10

Kisspeptin-10 has been in Category 2 of the FDA's interim 503A bulk drug substances list since 29 September 2023, and remains there on the list updated 14 May 2026. The FDA's published reasoning is that compounded drugs containing kisspeptin-10 "may pose risk for immunogenicity for certain routes of administration and may have complexities with regard to peptide-related impurities and API characterization," and that the agency "has no, or only limited, safety-related information for the proposed routes of administration." On 29 October 2024 its advisory committee voted 0 to 11 against adding it to the 503A Bulks List.

Those are concerns about what is not known, chiefly an immune response to a repeatedly injected short peptide and its impurities, rather than findings of harm. The FDA's own review notes that acute intravenous kisspeptin-10 "has not raised any major safety concerns in studies to date," and the two sexual-desire trials of kisspeptin-54 reported no serious adverse events attributed to it. The other three components were removed from Category 2 in April 2026. Pepti's pharmacy testing is described at /quality, with results at /quality/lab-results.

If you think you may have taken too much, for example by drawing the wrong amount, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 and message your care team. Do not skip, double or change a dose to compensate.

EUPHORIA Blend Side Effects

When to message your care team

  • Flushing, headache, nausea, jitteriness or tiredness that persists rather than passing.
  • Injection-site reactions that keep happening despite rotating sites.
  • You start testosterone, any other hormone treatment, or glucose-lowering medication.
  • You become pregnant or start trying to conceive, or notice a change in your periods.
  • You are diagnosed with any cancer, or start any new medication or supplement, including zinc or another GHK-Cu product.
  • A vial that looks different from the last one.

Your physician may revise your directions, change the product, or stop treatment. Do not change the dose yourself. When directions change, the new numbers are printed on the new label.

EUPHORIA Blend Side Effects

Who should not take EUPHORIA, or should discuss it first

Situation Why it matters
Hormone-sensitive condition, including hormone-sensitive cancer Kisspeptin stimulates sex-hormone production; must be raised first
On testosterone therapy Suppresses the system kisspeptin acts on; not used alongside it
Pregnancy, breastfeeding or trying to conceive Kisspeptin acts directly on the reproductive axis; not used
Wilson's disease or another copper-metabolism disorder An absolute reason to avoid GHK-Cu blends
Significant liver disease, high-dose zinc, or another GHK-Cu product Copper handling and total copper load
Insulin or another glucose-lowering medication MOTS-c's insulin-sensitivity mechanism
Active or recent cancer, or anticoagulant therapy Blood-vessel mechanisms and animal clotting signals
Tested athletes MOTS-c is prohibited at all times under S4; kisspeptin is named under S2.2.1, prohibited in males at all times; BPC-157 is named under S0

There is no established interaction list for EUPHORIA or any component, because the trials that would produce one have not been run. That is why the intake asks for every medication and supplement you take.

EUPHORIA Blend Side Effects

What is genuinely unknown

  • Side effects of the four together. EUPHORIA has never been studied as a combination.
  • Repeated subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 over months. The human studies mostly used kisspeptin-54, intravenously or as a single dose.
  • What a weekday course does to hormone levels over weeks. No trial has measured it.
  • MOTS-c in people. There are no randomised human trials, so the reported effects are clinical reports, not trial rates.
  • Long-term outcomes and immunogenicity rates. Not measured for any component by injection.
