Is EUPHORIA Blend Banned in Sports? WADA, NCAA and Drug Tests for All Four Peptides
This page is general information, not legal or anti-doping advice. Lists are revised every year and the responsibility for checking sits with the athlete.

Yes. EUPHORIA is prohibited for every athlete in a tested pool, because three of its four components are named on the 2026 WADA Prohibited List: MOTS-c under S4.4.1 as an AMPK activator, BPC-157 under S0, non-approved substances, and kisspeptin under S2.2.1, testosterone-stimulating peptides in males. All three are prohibited at all times, in and out of competition, and the 2027 List carries the same entries. MOTS-c and BPC-157 apply to women as well as men, so the male wording of the kisspeptin class does not open a door for anyone. The fourth component, GHK-Cu, is not named, but that does not matter, because a blend is prohibited by virtue of any prohibited component. A prescription does not change any of this; a standard workplace drug test, by contrast, does not look for any of the four.

What is in EUPHORIA, component by component
EUPHORIA is a 5 mL multi-dose vial containing 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg BPC-157, 50 mg GHK-Cu and 2 mg kisspeptin-10, at $279 a month all-in, covering the medication, physician review, refill management and shipping. Each component has its own position on the List.
| Component | Amount per vial | 2026 WADA class | Who it applies to | Named on the List? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MOTS-c | 10 mg | S4.4.1 Activators of AMPK | All athletes, at all times | Yes, as an example alongside AICAR |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | S0 Non-Approved Substances | All athletes, at all times | Yes, as an example |
| Kisspeptin-10 | 2 mg | S2.2.1 Testosterone-stimulating peptides in males | Males, at all times | Yes, as "kisspeptin and its agonist analogues" |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | Not named; S0 logic can apply | Not applicable | No |
MOTS-c: named in S4.4.1
S4 covers hormone and metabolic modulators. Under S4.4.1, activators of AMP-activated protein kinase are prohibited at all times, and the named examples include AICAR and "mitochondrial open reading frame of the 12S rRNA-c (MOTS-c)." It is named in the List itself, not caught by a catch-all, and older pages that describe it as unnamed are out of date. USADA has stated MOTS-c is not eligible for a therapeutic use exemption. The detail is in is MOTS-c banned in sports.
BPC-157: named in S0
The 2026 List places BPC-157 in S0, naming it explicitly, and USADA says the same. S0 exists for substances with no current approval by any governmental regulatory health authority for human therapeutic use. All S0 substances are Specified Substances, which affects how a panel weighs circumstances; it is not a lesser prohibition. See is BPC-157 banned.
Kisspeptin: named in S2.2.1, worded for males
S2.2.1 prohibits testosterone-stimulating peptides in males, listing chorionic gonadotrophin, LH, GnRH and its agonist analogues, and kisspeptin and its agonist analogues. Kisspeptin-10 shares the receptor-binding tail of the longer kisspeptins, which is why that wording reaches it. Everything in S2 is a non-Specified Substance. For a female athlete the kisspeptin question alone would need her anti-doping organisation's answer, but for EUPHORIA it is moot. See is kisspeptin banned in sports.
GHK-Cu: not named, not a loophole
GHK-Cu is not named, and live Pepti pages say injectable GHK-Cu falls under the same S0 logic as other unapproved peptides. For EUPHORIA the question does not arise: the vial is prohibited because of its other three components. The standalone question is covered in is GHK-Cu banned in sports.

No off-season for EUPHORIA
S0, S2 and S4.4 are all prohibited at all times. Using EUPHORIA in a training block months from any event is a violation exactly as much as using it in competition week. Out-of-competition testing exists to catch substances used in training and recovery phases.

Can a lab actually detect EUPHORIA's components?
Yes, and the methods are published.
| Component | What the anti-doping literature reports |
|---|---|
| MOTS-c | A plasma method built for doping control was published in Rapid Communications in Mass Spectrometry in 2019 |
| BPC-157 | A 2017 Drug Testing and Analysis paper reported a validated urine method with a limit of detection of 0.1 ng/mL, plus a stable metabolite |
| Kisspeptin-10 | Detection in urine by liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry was published in Biomedical Chromatography in 2024 |
| Blood matrices | A 2026 paper in The Analyst described a harmonised workflow for peptidic doping agents in dried and liquid blood |
Detection windows for small peptides are generally short, often hours to a few days. That is not a strategy. Under Code Article 6.6 a negative sample can be stored and reanalysed later, and Article 17 allows a charge within ten years. Under strict liability the rule is about use, not about whether a given lab ran a given method.

Why a prescription does not protect you
EUPHORIA at Pepti is a valid prescription from a licensed physician, compounded by a licensed pharmacy. It is still an anti-doping violation to use it in a tested pool. Article 2.1.1 of the Code makes it the athlete's personal duty to ensure no prohibited substance enters their body, and intent, fault or negligence do not need to be shown.
Therapeutic use exemptions
A TUE requires a diagnosed condition supported by clinical evidence, no enhancement beyond a return to normal health, no reasonable permitted alternative, and a need not caused by earlier prohibited use. USADA has stated MOTS-c is not eligible for a TUE, and its published position is that a TUE for BPC-157 is unlikely because permitted alternatives exist. For a blend that contains both, plus kisspeptin for male athletes, an exemption is not a realistic route. USADA requires athletes in its testing pools to hold a TUE in advance.
Switching from testosterone does not help
Testosterone and anabolic steroids are prohibited, and kisspeptin is prohibited for males too. Moving from one to EUPHORIA does not make a tested male athlete compliant.

College sport and other programs
The NCAA bans "peptide hormones, growth factors, related substances and mimetics" and "hormone and metabolic modulators." BPC-157 is a named example, and the NCAA states that any substance chemically or pharmacologically related to a banned class is also banned even if it is not named, and that the school and the student-athlete are both accountable. A college athlete should treat EUPHORIA as banned. Professional leagues mostly run their own programs under collective bargaining, so check your league's current policy.

Workplace and clinical drug tests
Employment panels are a different system. The federal panel in 49 CFR 40.85 tests for marijuana metabolites, cocaine metabolite, opiates, semi-synthetic opioids, 6-acetylmorphine, phencyclidine, amphetamines and MDMA. None of EUPHORIA's peptides is on it or structurally similar to anything on it. See do peptides show up on a drug test.
| Type of test | Does it look for EUPHORIA's components? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-employment or workplace panel | No | Declare prescriptions through the confidential route if asked |
| Anti-doping test | Yes; three components are prohibited | Do not use EUPHORIA if you are in a tested pool |
| Military or regulated profession | Policies vary | Read your own policy |
| Hormone bloodwork | Kisspeptin can change LH and testosterone results | Make sure the clinician reading them knows you take it |

Where EUPHORIA's components stand with the FDA
This is a separate axis from sport. Kisspeptin-10 was placed in Category 2 of the FDA's interim 503A list on 29 September 2023 and remains there on the list updated 14 May 2026; the advisory committee voted 0 to 11 against listing it in October 2024. BPC-157 and MOTS-c were removed from Category 2 in April 2026, and on 23 July 2026 the committee voted to recommend adding both to the 503A Bulks List, 8 to 6 and 7 to 5; final determinations are pending. GHK-Cu is scheduled for review before the end of February 2027. EUPHORIA is a compounded prescription, and compounded medications are not FDA approved.
A favourable FDA compounding decision would not change anti-doping status. BPC-157 is named in S0 and MOTS-c in S4.4.1 whatever their position in the compounding framework.

What the evidence shows, honestly
No study has tested EUPHORIA as a blend. The evidence is per component: mouse work for MOTS-c, animal work for BPC-157, small topical human studies for GHK-Cu, and small human studies of kisspeptin, mostly with kisspeptin-54. Being prohibited in sport is not evidence that EUPHORIA enhances performance; S0 is a rule about approval status, and S4.4.1 is a rule about mechanism. There are no randomised controlled trials of MOTS-c in humans. The research is in what is the EUPHORIA blend and EUPHORIA blend benefits.

Common questions
Is EUPHORIA Blend Banned in Sports? WADA, NCAA and Drug Tests for All Four Peptides, answered.
Yes. It contains MOTS-c, named under S4.4.1, BPC-157, named under S0, and kisspeptin, named under S2.2.1 for males. All are prohibited at all times on the 2026 List, and the 2027 List carries the same entries.
Yes. The kisspeptin class is worded for males, but MOTS-c and BPC-157 are prohibited for every athlete at all times.
No, not if you are in a tested pool. All three classes are prohibited in and out of competition.
Treat it as banned. BPC-157 is a named example, and the NCAA bans hormone and metabolic modulators and anything pharmacologically related to a banned class.
Not on a workplace panel. In anti-doping testing, published methods exist for MOTS-c, BPC-157 and kisspeptin-10, and stored samples can be reanalysed for up to ten years.
No. A prescription is not a therapeutic use exemption. USADA has stated MOTS-c is not eligible for a TUE.
It is not named, but the S0 catch-all can reach it. Check with your anti-doping body first; see is GHK-Cu banned in sports.
The S2.2.1 class is worded for males. A woman in a tested pool should not assume it is permitted and should ask her anti-doping organisation before starting.
No. S0 inclusion follows from a lack of regulatory approval, and S4.4.1 from mechanism, not from proof of a performance benefit. No study has tested EUPHORIA as a blend.
Bloodwork is not required for any Pepti treatment. If your physician wants labs for your care, they'll ask through your account. The free assessment goes to a physician licensed in your state. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
