EUPHORIA Blend Dosage: How Pepti Prescribes It, in Units, mL and mg
This page explains the EUPHORIA dosage Pepti prescribes, what the units on the syringe mean, how much of each of the four peptides is in a dose, a dosage chart for the EUPHORIA vial, how its dose compares with kisspeptin and MOTS-c on their own, why the schedule leaves weekends off, what can change your directions, and the side effects to know about. It covers how Pepti prescribes EUPHORIA, not online protocols. Nothing here is a reason to change your own dose.

At Pepti, the EUPHORIA blend is prescribed as 0.25 mL, which is 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, injected under the skin once daily Monday through Friday. The 5 mL vial holds 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg BPC-157, 50 mg GHK-Cu and 2 mg kisspeptin-10, so every 0.25 mL dose delivers 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 0.1 mg (100 mcg) kisspeptin-10, and the vial holds 20 doses, about four weeks. Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and your exact dose and units are printed on the vial.

EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
The short answer
| Product | Vial | Directions | Per dose | Doses per vial | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EUPHORIA Blend | 5 mL: MOTS-c 2 mg/mL, BPC-157 2 mg/mL, GHK-Cu 10 mg/mL, kisspeptin-10 0.4 mg/mL | Inject 0.25 mL (25 units) subcutaneously once daily Monday through Friday | 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 0.1 mg kisspeptin-10 | 20 | $279/mo |
The price is all-in, covering medication, physician review, refill management and shipping, with no separate membership fee. Pepti is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. EUPHORIA is a vial drawn with an insulin syringe; there is no Pen version. Your own directions are the ones printed on your vial.
EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
EUPHORIA dosage in units, mL and mg
Pepti's directions are written in millilitres and units, because prescriptions are written in millilitres and insulin syringes are marked in units. On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 unit is 0.01 mL, so 100 units is 1 mL and 25 units is 0.25 mL. A unit is a volume mark on the barrel, not a measure of how strong the medication is.
EUPHORIA is four peptides dissolved together in one vial, so one draw carries all four. The milligrams per dose come from each component's concentration multiplied by 0.25 mL:
| Component | Concentration | Per vial | Per 0.25 mL dose |
|---|---|---|---|
| MOTS-c | 2 mg/mL | 10 mg | 0.5 mg |
| BPC-157 | 2 mg/mL | 10 mg | 0.5 mg |
| GHK-Cu | 10 mg/mL | 50 mg | 2.5 mg |
| Kisspeptin-10 | 0.4 mg/mL | 2 mg | 0.1 mg (100 mcg) |
| Total | 72 mg | 3.6 mg |
That arithmetic is a way to read a label, not a way to set a dose. A vial labelled 72 mg in total is not a 72 mg dose: it is twenty doses of 3.6 mg combined. The vial label says "Kisspeptin"; the substance is kisspeptin-10. If your label and your syringe seem to disagree, do not dose; message your care team. How long does a peptide vial last explains every number on a vial label.
Fixed proportions
The four peptides are in a ratio fixed by the pharmacy's formulation, so every dose delivers the same split and there is no way to take more of one and less of another from the same vial. GHK-Cu is about seven-tenths of the vial by mass, and kisspeptin-10 is the smallest component by a wide margin, because it is active at much smaller amounts. If a different balance is wanted, the components are prescribed separately.
EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
EUPHORIA dosage chart: units to mL to mg
The chart below is the conversion for the EUPHORIA vial, drawn with a U-100 insulin syringe. It is math only. It is not a menu of doses, and the only line that applies to you is the one that matches the number printed on your vial.
| Syringe mark (U-100) | Volume | MOTS-c | BPC-157 | GHK-Cu | Kisspeptin-10 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 units | 0.05 mL | 0.1 mg | 0.1 mg | 0.5 mg | 20 mcg |
| 10 units | 0.1 mL | 0.2 mg | 0.2 mg | 1 mg | 40 mcg |
| 15 units | 0.15 mL | 0.3 mg | 0.3 mg | 1.5 mg | 60 mcg |
| 20 units | 0.2 mL | 0.4 mg | 0.4 mg | 2 mg | 80 mcg |
| 25 units (Pepti's typical directions) | 0.25 mL | 0.5 mg | 0.5 mg | 2.5 mg | 100 mcg |
| 50 units | 0.5 mL | 1 mg | 1 mg | 5 mg | 200 mcg |
| 100 units | 1 mL | 2 mg | 2 mg | 10 mg | 400 mcg |
The rule behind every row: units divided by 100 gives millilitres; multiply millilitres by 2 for MOTS-c and BPC-157, by 10 for GHK-Cu, and by 0.4 for kisspeptin-10 (1 mg is 1,000 mcg). Those multipliers only hold for this vial, which is the main reason not to dose from a chart, including this one.
EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
EUPHORIA compared with the products next to it
People often compare a EUPHORIA dose with kisspeptin or MOTS-c on their own. The draw is 25 units in each, and what that draw delivers is not the same:
| EUPHORIA | Kisspeptin | MOTS-c | GLOW | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What is in the vial | 5 mL: 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg BPC-157, 50 mg GHK-Cu, 2 mg kisspeptin-10 | 5 mL: 10 mg kisspeptin-10 | 5 mL: 10 mg MOTS-c | 5 mL: 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 |
| Typical directions | 0.25 mL, once daily Monday through Friday | 0.25 mL, once daily Monday through Friday | 0.25 mL, Monday through Friday mornings | 0.25 mL, Monday through Friday mornings |
| Kisspeptin-10 per dose | 100 mcg | 500 mcg | None | None |
| Other components per dose | 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu | None | 0.5 mg MOTS-c | 2.5 mg GHK-Cu, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 0.5 mg TB-500 |
| Price | $279/mo | $229/mo | $259/mo | $259/mo |
What the numbers show
Two things stand out. First, 25 units of EUPHORIA carries a fifth of the kisspeptin-10 that 25 units of the standalone kisspeptin vial does, because the blend is 0.4 mg/mL against 2 mg/mL. The same draw is not the same dose of kisspeptin. Second, EUPHORIA delivers the same MOTS-c per dose as the MOTS-c vial, and the same GHK-Cu and BPC-157 per dose as GLOW. There is no reason to take EUPHORIA alongside any of them: each combination doubles at least one component, and every GHK-Cu blend carries a full copper dose. The standalone dosing detail is in kisspeptin dosage and MOTS-c dosage.
EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
When EUPHORIA is taken
Once daily, Monday through Friday, weekends off
The two-day gap is part of the schedule, not a missed dose. The kisspeptin research describes the response fading under continuous exposure: the Imperial College group reported that twice-daily subcutaneous kisspeptin-54 stimulated the axis and then the response faded (JCEM 2009), while twice-weekly injections sustained it (Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2010). That is called tachyphylaxis, and it is also why extra doses are not a way to get more effect. The late-life MOTS-c mouse work also used intermittent dosing. Twenty doses at five a week is four weeks, which is why refills run on a 28-day cycle.
The standard label does not set a time of day; follow any timing printed on yours. Some people describe brief alertness or a faster pulse after MOTS-c, which is part of why the standalone MOTS-c label says mornings, so time of day is worth asking your care team about.
Under the skin, and where
Into the fat layer, not the muscle: abdomen and thigh, rotated so the same spot is not used repeatedly. Site does not matter for the kisspeptin or MOTS-c components, which act after absorption. Technique is in how to inject peptides safely.
| Directions say | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| 0.25 mL (25 units) | Draw to the 25 mark on a U-100 insulin syringe |
| Subcutaneously | Into the fat layer, abdomen or thigh, rotating sites |
| Once daily | One injection a day |
| Monday through Friday | Five doses a week, weekends off |
| 20 doses per vial | About four weeks, then the next refill |
EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
How long a EUPHORIA vial lasts, storage and refills
| Step | Value |
|---|---|
| Dose | 25 units, 0.25 mL |
| Doses per week | 5 (Monday through Friday) |
| Doses per vial | 20 (5 mL divided by 0.25 mL) |
| Used over the vial | 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg BPC-157, 50 mg GHK-Cu, 2 mg kisspeptin-10, the whole vial |
| Time per vial | 20 doses divided by 5 per week = 4 weeks |
Vials are multi-dose solutions shipped ready to use, refrigerated with ice packs, with sterile syringes and alcohol prep pads. Nothing is mixed at home. The solution is blue, which is the copper in GHK-Cu, not a contaminant; why is GHK-Cu blue explains what a normal vial looks like. Kisspeptin-10 is a short peptide sensitive to heat, light and temperature swings, so keep the vial in the fridge and follow the beyond-use date on the label, which runs from first puncture. How to store peptides covers storage.
If a vial runs short before the refill, message your care team rather than adjusting anything yourself. If you miss a dose, follow your directions and do not take two doses to make up for one.
EUPHORIA Blend Dosage
Why the research cannot give you a EUPHORIA dose
EUPHORIA has never been studied as a blend, in people or in animals, so there is no trial dose for it. The evidence is per component, and none of it is a human dose study of this blend's injectable form. The kisspeptin human studies mostly used kisspeptin-54, often intravenously and as a single dose, and repeated subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 over months has not been studied. MOTS-c has no randomised human trials; BPC-157's only randomised human study was a 2005 enema abstract; GHK-Cu's human data is mostly topical. The directions on the vial are a prescribing standard set to deliver one vial in four weeks. The benefit-by-benefit evidence is in EUPHORIA blend benefits.

What changes the directions
| What can change | How it shows up |
|---|---|
| Whether EUPHORIA is the right formula | Desire alone may point to kisspeptin or PT-141; metabolism alone to MOTS-c; skin and repair to GLOW or KLOW |
| Your medical history | A hormone-sensitive condition or cancer history, a copper disorder, liver disease, or pregnancy change the conversation |
| Your other medications | Testosterone therapy, glucose-lowering medication and anticoagulants all matter |
| Your supplements | High-dose zinc competes with copper; another GHK-Cu product doubles the copper |
| How you respond | Reactions you report go to your physician, who may revise your directions |
When directions change, the new numbers are printed on the new label. Never carry a number over from a previous fill. Bloodwork is not required for any Pepti treatment. If your physician wants labs for your care, they'll ask through your account.

Side effects, in summary
| What is reported | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Injection-site redness, mild soreness, occasional bruising, a faint blue tint | The most common reports | Rotate sites |
| Flushing, headache, nausea, light-headedness or a faster pulse early on | Usually settles | Report it if it persists |
| Shakiness, sweating or confusion if you take glucose-lowering medication | Possible low blood sugar | Treat it, then report it |
| Facial or throat swelling, widespread rash, breathing difficulty | Rare | Call 911 first, then tell your physician |
Tested athletes should know that MOTS-c is on the WADA Prohibited List at all times as an AMPK activator, kisspeptin is named under S2.2.1 as a testosterone-stimulating peptide prohibited in males at all times, and BPC-157 is named under S0. The full reference is EUPHORIA blend side effects. EUPHORIA is a compounded prescription; compounded medications are not FDA approved, and its kisspeptin-10 component remains in the FDA's Category 2.

Where to get EUPHORIA prescribed
EUPHORIA cannot be bought legitimately without a prescription. Sites selling it "for research use only" are not accountable for what is in the vial, so the per-dose figures above would not hold. The prescription route:
- Complete a free online intake covering your history, medications and what you want help with.
- A physician licensed in your state reviews it, usually within 24 hours.
- If it is appropriate, a PCAB-accredited, FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy prepares it to that prescription. Lot test results are published at /quality/lab-results.
- It ships refrigerated with your directions printed on the vial.
- Your physician stays reachable for questions and dose changes.

At 0.25 mL: 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 0.1 mg (100 mcg) kisspeptin-10, 3.6 mg combined. The split is fixed by the formulation.
The number printed on your vial. Pepti's typical directions are 25 units, which is 0.25 mL on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Twenty. A 5 mL vial divided by 0.25 mL per dose is 20 doses, four weeks on a Monday to Friday schedule.
No. 25 units of EUPHORIA carries 100 mcg of kisspeptin-10; 25 units of the standalone kisspeptin vial carries 500 mcg. Same draw, a fifth of the kisspeptin.
The kisspeptin research describes the response fading under continuous exposure and holding up when exposure is spaced. Weekends off are part of the schedule, not missed doses.
The standard label says once daily without a set time. Follow any timing printed on your label, and ask your care team if you are unsure.
No. Take the dose printed on your vial, on the schedule printed on your vial. With kisspeptin, extra exposure blunts the response rather than adding to it. Message your care team with any questions.
Not without your physician deciding it deliberately. Each would double a component that EUPHORIA already contains.
