Tell Us If Something Is Wrong

If you experience a side effect, unexpected reaction, or any other health concern that you believe may be related to a treatment obtained through [pepti], please report it to us. Your reports help protect you and other patients.

If It Is an Emergency

For a severe reaction or any life-threatening symptom, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room first. Report the event to us afterward.

How to Report a Non-Emergency Adverse Event

Email support@hellopepti.com with:

• Your name and the email on your account
• The medication or product involved
• A description of the side effect or reaction and when it started
• Whether you have stopped or continued the treatment

We will route your report to the appropriate licensed provider and partner pharmacy for clinical follow-up. You may also message your provider directly through your account.

Reporting to the FDA

You may also report adverse events directly to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through the FDA MedWatch program at fda.gov/safety/medwatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088.
