ELEVATE Blend Dosage: How Pepti Prescribes Semax, Selank, BPC-157 and KPV in One Vial
This page explains the ELEVATE dosage Pepti prescribes, what the units on the syringe mean, how much of each of the four peptides is in one dose, a units to mL to mg chart for the ELEVATE vial, how an ELEVATE dose compares with Semax, Selank and KPV on their own and with the SYNAPSE blend, when it is taken, and what can change your directions. It covers how Pepti prescribes ELEVATE, not online protocols. Nothing here is a reason to change your own dose.

Treatments mentioned
At Pepti, the ELEVATE blend is prescribed as 0.25 mL, which is 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, injected under the skin once daily Monday through Friday. The 5 mL vial holds 5 mg Semax, 5 mg Selank, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg KPV, so every 0.25 mL dose delivers 0.25 mg Semax, 0.25 mg Selank, 0.5 mg BPC-157 and 0.5 mg KPV, and the vial holds 20 doses, about four weeks. Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and your exact dose and units are printed on the vial.

ELEVATE Blend Dosage
The short answer
| Product | Vial | Directions | Per dose | Doses per vial | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ELEVATE Blend | 5 mL: Semax 1 mg/mL, Selank 1 mg/mL, BPC-157 2 mg/mL, KPV 2 mg/mL | Inject 0.25 mL (25 units) subcutaneously once daily Monday through Friday | 0.25 mg Semax, 0.25 mg Selank, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 0.5 mg KPV | 20 | $249/mo |
The price is all-in, covering medication, physician review, refill management and shipping, with no separate membership fee. Pepti is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. Your own directions are the ones printed on your vial.
ELEVATE Blend Dosage
ELEVATE dosage in units, mL and mg
Pepti's directions are written in millilitres and units, because prescriptions are written in millilitres and insulin syringes are marked in units. On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 unit is 0.01 mL, so 100 units is 1 mL and 25 units is 0.25 mL. A unit is a volume mark on the barrel, not a measure of how strong the medication is.
ELEVATE is four peptides dissolved together in one vial, so one draw carries all four. The milligrams per dose come from each component's concentration multiplied by 0.25 mL:
| Component | Concentration | Per vial | Per 0.25 mL dose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semax | 1 mg/mL | 5 mg | 0.25 mg |
| Selank | 1 mg/mL | 5 mg | 0.25 mg |
| BPC-157 | 2 mg/mL | 10 mg | 0.5 mg |
| KPV | 2 mg/mL | 10 mg | 0.5 mg |
| Total | 30 mg | 1.5 mg |
That arithmetic is a way to read a label, not a way to set a dose. A vial labelled with 30 mg of peptide in total is not a 30 mg dose: it is twenty doses of 1.5 mg combined. If your label and your syringe seem to disagree, do not dose; message your care team. How long does a peptide vial last explains every number on a vial label.
Fixed proportions
The four peptides are in a ratio fixed by the pharmacy's formulation. Every dose delivers the same split, and there is no way to take more of one and less of another from the same vial. BPC-157 and KPV are 20 of the 30 mg, two-thirds of the vial by mass, so ELEVATE is weighted toward its two gut components even though it sits in Pepti's cognitive category. If a different balance is wanted, the components are prescribed separately.
ELEVATE Blend Dosage
ELEVATE dosage chart: units to mL to mg
The chart below is the conversion for the ELEVATE vial, drawn with a U-100 insulin syringe. It is math only. It is not a menu of doses, and the only line that applies to you is the one that matches the number printed on your vial.
| Syringe mark (U-100) | Volume | Semax | Selank | BPC-157 | KPV |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 units | 0.05 mL | 0.05 mg | 0.05 mg | 0.1 mg | 0.1 mg |
| 10 units | 0.1 mL | 0.1 mg | 0.1 mg | 0.2 mg | 0.2 mg |
| 15 units | 0.15 mL | 0.15 mg | 0.15 mg | 0.3 mg | 0.3 mg |
| 20 units | 0.2 mL | 0.2 mg | 0.2 mg | 0.4 mg | 0.4 mg |
| 25 units (Pepti's typical directions) | 0.25 mL | 0.25 mg | 0.25 mg | 0.5 mg | 0.5 mg |
| 50 units | 0.5 mL | 0.5 mg | 0.5 mg | 1 mg | 1 mg |
| 100 units | 1 mL | 1 mg | 1 mg | 2 mg | 2 mg |
The rule behind every row: units divided by 100 gives millilitres; multiply millilitres by 1 for Semax and Selank and by 2 for BPC-157 and KPV. Those multipliers only hold for this vial. A chart written for a different blend or a different concentration gives different milligram figures for the same units, which is the main reason not to dose from a chart, including this one.
ELEVATE Blend Dosage
ELEVATE compared with the products next to it
People often compare an ELEVATE dose with Semax, Selank or KPV on their own, or with the SYNAPSE blend, which shares the same neuropeptide pair. The draw is 25 units in each, but what that draw delivers is different:
| ELEVATE | Semax | Selank | KPV | SYNAPSE | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What is in the vial | 5 mL: 5 mg Semax, 5 mg Selank, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg KPV | 5 mL: 10 mg Semax | 5 mL: 10 mg Selank | 5 mL: 10 mg KPV | 5 mL: 5 mg Semax, 5 mg Selank, 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg tesamorelin |
| Typical directions | 0.25 mL once daily, Monday through Friday | 0.25 mL once daily, Monday through Friday | 0.25 mL once daily, Monday through Friday | 0.25 mL once daily, Monday through Friday | 0.25 mL once daily, Monday through Friday |
| Per dose | 0.25 mg Semax, 0.25 mg Selank, 0.5 mg BPC-157, 0.5 mg KPV | 0.5 mg Semax | 0.5 mg Selank | 0.5 mg KPV | 0.25 mg Semax, 0.25 mg Selank, 0.5 mg MOTS-c, 0.5 mg tesamorelin |
| Doses per vial | 20 | 20 | 20 | 20 | 20 |
| Price | $249/mo | $229/mo | $229/mo | $229/mo | $279/mo |
What the numbers show
Three things stand out. First, a dose of ELEVATE carries half the Semax and half the Selank of the single-peptide vials, because those vials are 2 mg/mL and ELEVATE carries each at 1 mg/mL. Second, ELEVATE delivers the same 0.5 mg of KPV per dose as the KPV vial, so the gut side of the blend is not diluted the way the neuropeptide side is. Third, ELEVATE and SYNAPSE deliver identical Semax and Selank per dose; they differ only in their partners, BPC-157 and KPV in ELEVATE, MOTS-c and tesamorelin in SYNAPSE.
Why there is no reason to stack ELEVATE with its components
Adding a Semax, Selank, KPV or BPC-157 vial on top of ELEVATE would put more of that component into each day than either product's directions describe. Whether any combination suits you is set by your physician after reviewing your intake, which asks for every product you take for this reason.
ELEVATE Blend Dosage
When ELEVATE is taken
Once daily, Monday through Friday
Pepti's ELEVATE directions say once daily, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Weekends off are part of the schedule, not missed doses. Twenty doses at five a week is four working weeks, which is why refills run on a 28-day cycle. The weekday-only pattern is a prescribing convention rather than a schedule taken from any trial.
Time of day
The printed directions say once daily without naming a time. The live ELEVATE reference notes that morning is the usual choice, because some people describe restlessness if Semax is taken late in the day. If your label names a time, follow the label.
Under the skin, and where
Subcutaneous means into the fat layer, not the muscle. Abdomen and thigh are the usual sites, rotated so the same spot is not used repeatedly. There is no "near the problem" logic with this blend: two components are aimed at the brain and two at the gut, and the route is systemic either way. Technique is covered in how to inject peptides safely.

ELEVATE Blend Dosage
How long an ELEVATE vial lasts, storage and refills
| Step | Value |
|---|---|
| Dose | 25 units, 0.25 mL |
| Doses per week | 5 (Monday through Friday) |
| Doses per vial | 20 (5 mL divided by 0.25 mL) |
| Used over the vial | 5 mg Semax, 5 mg Selank, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg KPV, the whole vial |
| Time per vial | 20 doses divided by 5 per week = 4 weeks |
Vials are multi-dose solutions shipped ready to use, refrigerated with ice packs, with sterile syringes and alcohol prep pads. Nothing is mixed at home. Keep it in the fridge, do not freeze or shake it, and follow the beyond-use date on the label; a multi-peptide vial is not something to keep past it. Cloudiness, particles or a change from what you received is a reason to message rather than inject. One vial per fill, every 28 days. How to store peptides covers storage.
If a vial runs short before the refill, message your care team rather than adjusting anything yourself. If you miss a weekday dose, follow your directions and do not take two doses to make up for one.
ELEVATE Blend Dosage
Why the research cannot give you an ELEVATE dose
ELEVATE has never been studied as a blend, in people or in animals, so there is no trial dose for it. The evidence is per component, and none of it is a dose study of this injection. Semax's Russian clinical series and Selank's small Russian comparator trials used intranasal products, and the FDA's July 2026 Semax review found no published literature on subcutaneous Semax at all. BPC-157 has early-phase human work for inflammatory bowel indications and no large randomised trials. KPV has no human trials of any kind, and most of its gut work gave the peptide by mouth. The directions on the vial are a prescribing standard set to deliver one vial in four weeks. The component evidence is laid out in ELEVATE blend benefits and what is the ELEVATE blend.

What changes the directions
Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake. Things that can lead to different directions, or a different product, include:
| What can change | How it shows up |
|---|---|
| Whether ELEVATE is the right formula | Focus and stress alone may point to Semax, Selank or Semax + Selank; a gut complaint alone to BPC-157; immune questions to FORTIFY; sleep to DSIP |
| Time of day | Some directions name mornings if late doses disturb sleep |
| Existing psychiatric treatment | SSRIs, SNRIs, benzodiazepines, stimulants and antipsychotics are reviewed at intake; none has been studied alongside Semax or Selank |
| Gut treatment | Immunosuppressants or biologic therapy for a gut condition should be raised specifically |
| How you respond | Reactions you report go to your physician, who may revise your directions |
When directions change, the new numbers are printed on the new label. Never carry a number over from a previous fill. Bloodwork is not required for any Pepti treatment. If your physician wants labs for your care, they'll ask through your account.

The full list, with who should not take ELEVATE, is in ELEVATE blend side effects. Tested athletes should know that BPC-157 is named on the 2026 WADA Prohibited List in section S0, prohibited at all times, which covers ELEVATE.
ELEVATE is a compounded prescription; compounded medications are not FDA approved. In July 2026 the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend adding Semax, BPC-157 and KPV to the 503A Bulks List, with the FDA's final determinations pending. Selank's nomination was withdrawn in September 2024 and it has never been reviewed. All four remain legal to prescribe and dispense.

Where to get ELEVATE prescribed
ELEVATE cannot be bought legitimately without a prescription. Sites selling multi-peptide vials "for research use only" are not accountable for what is in them: identity, purity, sterility and concentration are untested, so the per-dose figures above would not hold. The prescription route:
- Complete a free online intake covering your history, medications and what you want help with.
- A physician licensed in your state reviews it, usually within 24 hours.
- If it is appropriate, a PCAB-accredited, FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy prepares it to that prescription. Lot test results are published at /quality/lab-results.
- It ships refrigerated with your directions printed on the vial.
- Your physician stays reachable for questions and dose changes.
Pepti prescribes ELEVATE in every state except Oklahoma, plus DC The components on their own: Semax dosage, Selank dosage, KPV dosage and BPC-157 dosage.

At Pepti, 0.25 mL, which is 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, injected subcutaneously once daily Monday through Friday. Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and your exact dose is printed on the vial.
At 0.25 mL: 0.25 mg Semax, 0.25 mg Selank, 0.5 mg BPC-157 and 0.5 mg KPV, 1.5 mg combined. The split is fixed by the formulation.
The number printed on your vial. Pepti's typical directions are 25 units, which is 0.25 mL on a U-100 insulin syringe, where 1 unit is 0.01 mL.
Twenty. A 5 mL vial divided by 0.25 mL per dose is 20 doses, four working weeks on a Monday to Friday schedule.
The chart above converts units to millilitres to milligrams of each component for the ELEVATE vial. It is a conversion, not a list of doses to choose from. Your own label is the one that applies.
At Pepti there is one set of directions on the label, set by your physician after reviewing your intake: 25 units once daily on weekdays. There is no separate starter protocol to work out yourself.
The printed directions say once daily, Monday through Friday. Morning is the usual choice because some people describe restlessness if Semax is taken late in the day. If your label names a time, follow it.
No. A 25-unit ELEVATE dose carries 0.25 mg Semax; a 25-unit dose from the Semax vial carries 0.5 mg, because that vial is twice the concentration. The same is true of Selank.
Raise it with your physician first. Every ELEVATE dose already carries all four components, so another vial of one of them adds to it. The intake asks about everything you take for this reason.
Take the dose printed on your vial, on the schedule printed on your vial. If you have questions about your dose, message your care team.
No. Pepti vials are multi-dose solutions shipped ready to use, with sterile syringes and alcohol prep pads.
No. ELEVATE is supplied as a vial with sterile syringes only. Vial vs pen explains how the formats differ for the products that have both.
