Best Place to Get SYNAPSE Blend Online: How to Choose a Provider, and What Pepti Offers
This page is about choosing where to get it. For the order of events, how to get SYNAPSE Blend prescribed online walks through each step; for the legal question, see do you need a prescription for SYNAPSE Blend; and what is SYNAPSE Blend covers the four components and their research in full.

The best place to get SYNAPSE Blend (Semax / Selank / MOTS-c / Tesamorelin) online is a telehealth provider where a physician licensed in your state reviews your medical intake and a named, licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy fills the prescription, with lot test results published and one all-in price stated up front. Anything sold without a prescription is a research-use-only product, and with four peptides in one vial nobody is accountable for whether all four are there at the stated amounts. At Pepti, SYNAPSE is $279 a month all-in for a 5 mL vial holding 5 mg Semax, 5 mg Selank, 10 mg MOTS-c and 10 mg tesamorelin, covering medication, physician review, refill management and refrigerated shipping. Compounded SYNAPSE is not FDA approved, and no compounded medication is.

The short answer
| What to look for | Why it matters for SYNAPSE | Pepti |
|---|---|---|
| A physician licensed in your state reviews an intake | SYNAPSE is a prescription medication; the review is what makes the route lawful | Yes, usually within 24 hours |
| A named, licensed 503A compounding pharmacy | A four-peptide blend exists only as patient-specific compounding | PCAB-accredited, FDA-registered US 503A pharmacies; the pharmacy is on your label |
| Lot test results you can read | Identity, purity, sterility and endotoxin are the questions for any injectable | Published at lab results |
| The amount of each peptide stated | The ratio is the product; a blend label should give all four | 5 mg Semax, 5 mg Selank, 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg tesamorelin in 5 mL |
| One published all-in price | Review, pharmacy and shipping fees can hide behind a low headline price | $279 a month, everything included, no membership fee |
| Your name and directions on the vial | Proof it was compounded for you | Directions printed on the vial |
| No "research use only" language | That label disclaims human use | Prescription product only |
| Honest claims about cognition | No trial of the blend has measured memory or focus | No cognitive promises |

What you are actually choosing between
A compounded prescription
A physician reviews your history and writes a prescription in your name, and a state-licensed pharmacy prepares the vial to that prescription under sterile-compounding standards. The label carries your name, the product, the strength of each component, your directions, the pharmacy and a beyond-use date. This is the only lawful route to SYNAPSE for your own use, explained in are peptides legal in the US.
A research-use-only vial
These are sold as laboratory chemicals with a "not for human consumption" disclaimer. There is no prescriber, no pharmacist and no one to report a reaction to. For a blend there is an extra problem: you are trusting a seller's word on four separate amounts, and one purity percentage cannot speak for all four. Tesamorelin adds another: it is a 44-amino-acid peptide, and a research listing gives you no way to know whether what is in the vial matches it. The full comparison is in research peptides vs prescription peptides.
Similar-sounding "focus" blends
Listings often use a cognitive-sounding name for whatever mix they sell. SYNAPSE means these four peptides in these amounts, and the proportions matter: tesamorelin and MOTS-c are 20 of the 30 mg in the vial, so by mass it is two-thirds a metabolic preparation with two smaller neuropeptide components. Its relatives on the same site are Semax + Selank, the brain-only pair, and ELEVATE, which keeps Semax and Selank and adds BPC-157 and KPV. A legitimate provider names every component in milligrams and millilitres.

The provider checklist, in detail
1. A licensed physician, in your state
A valid prescription from a physician licensed where you live is the first test. You can check any physician through your state medical board's public license lookup, as described in how to check an online peptide doctor is licensed. A provider that approves everyone instantly is not reviewing anyone. A real review sometimes says no, and at Pepti being declined is refunded.
For SYNAPSE specifically, a good intake asks about existing psychiatric treatment, since Selank is described as modifying GABA signalling; about diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, because tesamorelin can worsen glucose tolerance; about any personal history of cancer and about pregnancy, because the approved tesamorelin product is contraindicated in active malignancy and in pregnancy; about pituitary conditions and corticosteroid replacement; and about tested sport. It should also ask whether you have a diagnosed condition such as ADHD, an anxiety disorder, depression or mild cognitive impairment, because those have established treatments that SYNAPSE is not a substitute for. A provider that asks none of this is not looking at the blend you are about to inject.
2. A named 503A pharmacy
Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription and where it is licensed. Every state board of pharmacy publishes a license lookup. Pepti's medications are compounded by PCAB-accredited, FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacies, and the dispensing pharmacy's name is on your label. FDA registration is a real, checkable status, and it is not FDA approval.
3. Lot testing you can see
A certificate of analysis should name the laboratory, the lot, the methods and the date, and for an injectable it should cover sterility and bacterial endotoxin, not only a purity figure. Pepti publishes lot results at lab results, and how to read a certificate of analysis explains each line.
4. A price that already includes everything
Compare the monthly total, not the headline. Ask whether the price includes physician review, the pharmacy, syringes and cold-chain shipping. Pepti's SYNAPSE price is one figure: $279 a month for medication, physician review, refill management and shipping, with no membership fee. Pepti is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. The breakdown is on what SYNAPSE costs, and general pricing factors are in how much do peptides cost.
5. Accurate claims about the evidence
This is where "nootropic" sellers most often give themselves away. SYNAPSE has never been studied as a combination. Semax has Russian clinical work in ischaemic stroke patients by the intranasal route, and no randomised trial for attention in healthy adults. Selank has Russian comparator trials in diagnosed anxiety disorders, also intranasal. MOTS-c has no human trials of any kind. Tesamorelin has the strongest human evidence: the phase 3 visceral-fat trials behind the approved product, and one 20-week 2012 trial in adults aged 55 to 87 that reported a favourable effect on a cognitive composite at 1 mg nightly, with the authors calling for longer trials. That trial is of tesamorelin alone, at twice the dose a SYNAPSE injection contains, in older adults. A provider that says SYNAPSE improves memory or focus is describing something nobody has measured.
6. Accurate claims about regulation
Semax, Selank and MOTS-c were placed in Category 2 of the FDA's 503A list in 2023 and none sits in any active category now. In July 2026 the advisory committee voted to recommend adding Semax (8 to 5) and MOTS-c (7 to 5) to the 503A Bulks List, with the FDA's determinations pending; Selank has never been reviewed. Tesamorelin is the active ingredient of an FDA-approved product and is compounded off-label. A provider should be able to say that accurately, and should never call compounded SYNAPSE "FDA approved."

Red flags specific to SYNAPSE
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| "No prescription needed" | A research-chemical seller, whatever the site design suggests |
| "FDA approved nootropic" | False. The blend is not approved, and compounded medications never are |
| "Boosts IQ" or "improves memory" | No trial of the blend has measured cognition |
| "A safer alternative to ADHD medication" | SYNAPSE is not a substitute for prescribed ADHD, anxiety or depression treatment |
| Only one component's amount on the label | You cannot check the ratio you are paying for |
| Bulk discounts on several vials | A legitimate prescription is filled one vial at a time |
| No pharmacy named anywhere | Ask directly; hesitation is the answer |
| No questions about psychiatric medication, glucose or cancer history | Nobody is reviewing the blend against your history |
Tested athletes have one more thing to check: MOTS-c is named on the 2026 WADA Prohibited List under S4.4.1 and prohibited at all times. A prescription does not change that. See is MOTS-c banned in sports.
