Before you start: is ELEVATE the right conversation?

ELEVATE is four separately studied peptides in one vial, built on the idea of treating the brain and the gut as one system. Semax and Selank are the two neuropeptides, one described around attention and neurotrophic signalling, the other around anxiety and GABA tone. BPC-157 and KPV are the two gut components, one described around protecting the intestinal lining, the other around damping inflammatory signalling. By mass the vial is two-thirds gut preparation: BPC-157 and KPV are 20 of the 30 mg. Each dose carries half the Semax and Selank that the single-agent vials deliver. More is in what is ELEVATE Blend.

It is not a stimulant, not a benzodiazepine, not a substitute for prescribed ADHD or psychiatric treatment, and not a treatment for a diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease or structural gut problem. Some honest cases where a different conversation may come first:

If your situation is A physician may first discuss
Focus and stress are the whole picture, no gut complaint Semax or Selank on their own
Cognition alongside energy or metabolism SYNAPSE Blend
Gut alongside immune function FORTIFY Blend
A gut complaint on its own BPC-157
A diagnosed psychiatric condition or inflammatory bowel disease The specialist already treating it

Step by step

  • Step 1: the free assessment

The assessment asks what you want help with. It is free, it goes to a physician licensed in your state, and finishing it does not commit you to anything.

  • Step 2: the medical intake

The intake is the step that makes this a prescription rather than a purchase. For ELEVATE, expect questions about:

    • What you are hoping to address on the head side and the gut side, and what you have tried.
    • Existing psychiatric treatment. Semax and Selank have not been studied alongside SSRIs, SNRIs, stimulants or antipsychotics. The one combination studied is Selank with a benzodiazepine, under supervision in one Russian trial.
    • Stimulants in particular. A mouse study cited in the FDA's Semax briefing reported Semax potentiating amphetamine-induced dopamine release. No equivalent human finding exists, but your physician should know.
    • Immunosuppressants or biologic therapy for a gut condition.
    • Allergies and existing conditions.
    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, where ELEVATE is not used because safety data is absent.
    • Whether you are a tested athlete. BPC-157 is prohibited at all times under S0 of the WADA list.

There is no established interaction list for ELEVATE or any component, because the trials that would produce one have not been run. Checkout is one all-in price, with no separate fee for the review, the pharmacy or shipping.

  • Step 3: physician review

A physician licensed in your state reads your intake, usually within 24 hours, and may message you through your account with follow-up questions. They may conclude ELEVATE is not the right fit for what you described, and in that case the consultation is refunded.

Bloodwork is not required for any Pepti treatment. If your physician wants labs for your care, they'll ask through your account.

  • Step 4: the prescription

If ELEVATE is appropriate, the physician writes a prescription for the vial with your directions. Your physician sets your directions after reviewing your intake, and they are printed on the vial. The typical printed direction for this vial is:

On the label What it means
    Inject 0.25 mL (25 units) 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
Subcutaneously Into the fat layer, usually abdomen or thigh, rotating sites
Once daily Monday through Friday 20 doses per vial, about four weeks
5 mL vial, Semax and Selank 1 mg/mL, BPC-157 and KPV 2 mg/mL 0.25 mL contains 0.25 mg Semax, 0.25 mg Selank, 0.5 mg BPC-157 and 0.5 mg KPV (math only)

The printed directions say once daily without naming a time. Morning is the usual choice, because some people describe restlessness if Semax is taken late in the day; if your label names a time, follow the label. The ratio is fixed, so if your physician wants a different balance the components are prescribed separately. The full chart is in ELEVATE Blend dosage.

  • Step 5: compounding

A PCAB-accredited, FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the vial to your prescription. A 503A pharmacy compounds for an identified individual patient, which is why your name is on the label. Lot test results are published at lab results.

  • Step 6: shipping and what is in the box

The vial ships refrigerated in insulated packaging with ice packs. It arrives as a multi-dose solution, ready to use, with directions printed on the vial, along with sterile syringes and alcohol prep pads. Refrigerate it on arrival; do not freeze it and do not shake it. The beyond-use date is on the label and runs from first puncture. See how to store peptides and how to inject peptides safely.

  • Step 7: after it arrives, and refills

Your care team is reachable through your account. What gets reported with ELEVATE is mostly at the injection site: redness, mild soreness, occasional bruising. Beyond that, reports track the components: transient restlessness if dosed late in the day, an early headache, early fatigue in some and a wired feeling in others, and occasional nausea or light-headedness. Message your care team about anything that does not settle or that worries you, and about any marked change in mood. For a reaction that is severe, spreading or involves difficulty breathing, call 911. The full picture is in ELEVATE Blend side effects.

Refills run every 28 days, one vial per fill, which matches 20 weekday doses. Treatment is a subscription that continues until you cancel it, and Pepti does not ship stockpiles of vials.

Selank acetate was withdrawn from Category 2 on 27 September 2024 and has never been reviewed. All four remain legal for a physician to prescribe and a licensed pharmacy to compound, and none is an FDA-approved drug. Background is in are peptides legal in the US.
