EUPHORIA has no measured timeline, because the blend of MOTS-c, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and kisspeptin-10 has never been studied as a blend, in people or in animals. The time frames that exist belong to its components, and mostly to other forms or routes: kisspeptin hormone changes measured within the hour after an intravenous dose, two-week and eight-week kisspeptin-54 injection schedules, one-session desire trials, GHK-Cu creams studied on facial skin for 8 to 12 weeks, rat tendon and ligament work for BPC-157, mouse studies for MOTS-c, and a four-week company-reported study of a different MOTS-c analogue. None of those is a schedule for a subcutaneous injection of the four together, and none tells you when you will notice anything.

Why the component clocks do not add up to a EUPHORIA timeline
It is tempting to take the shortest component timeline, or the longest, and call it the answer. Neither works.

What was measured for each component
Kisspeptin-10: fast hormones, a scheduling finding, and single sessions
Kisspeptin is the component whose physiology has been mapped in humans, and its timing results are of three kinds.
- Hours. Intravenous kisspeptin-54 in healthy men (JCEM 2005), then kisspeptin-10 as a single bolus or short infusion (JCEM 2011), raised LH and testosterone, with changes appearing within the hour. Kisspeptin-10 is cleared within minutes. These are blood measurements, not symptoms.
- Two weeks against eight weeks. In women with hypothalamic amenorrhoea, twice-daily subcutaneous kisspeptin-54 for two weeks stimulated the axis and then the response faded; twice-weekly injections for eight weeks sustained it. That is a finding about spacing rather than speed, and it is why EUPHORIA's schedule has weekends off.
- Single sessions. The two JAMA Network Open trials each gave one kisspeptin-54 infusion and measured brain activation during that session, plus penile tumescence in men. None followed anyone for weeks.
No study has measured a weekday course of subcutaneous kisspeptin-10. A EUPHORIA dose carries 0.1 mg of it. More is in how long does kisspeptin take to work.
MOTS-c: mouse models and an analogue
There are no randomised controlled trials of MOTS-c in people. The 2015 Cell Metabolism work reported that treatment prevented age-related and diet-induced insulin resistance in mice; the 2021 Nature Communications paper reported better physical performance in treated mice, including with intermittent treatment started late in life, and that a bout of exercise raised the body's own MOTS-c in humans. The only human dosing study, of the analogue CB4211, gave daily injections for four weeks and reported safety and tolerability; it was a company announcement about a different molecule. GHK-Cu: 50 of the 72 mg in the vial
By mass EUPHORIA is mostly GHK-Cu. Its human studies are topical: cosmetic studies of creams on photoaged facial skin over 8 to 12 weeks, mostly small, and a topical gel study in diabetic ulcers. No study has timed injected GHK-Cu. See how long does GHK-Cu take to work.
BPC-157: rat tendons and a two-week enema trial
The tendon and ligament work is in rats: a 2003 Journal of Orthopaedic Research paper on transected Achilles tendon, and a 2010 paper following knee ligament healing over ninety days. The only randomised human study gave BPC-157 by enema for two weeks to people with ulcerative colitis, was published only as a 2005 meeting abstract, and was inconclusive. Because EUPHORIA is a four-aim blend, decide which one you are tracking before the first dose:
- Write down the one thing you hoped would change, in your own words, before you start. A note is more useful at refill time than memory.
- For a skin goal: a photograph in the same light, distance and time of day, taken before you start.
- Keep the schedule as printed. The weekend gap is part of it; do not fill it in. Extra kisspeptin exposure blunts the response rather than adding to it.
- Change one thing at a time, and use one GHK-Cu product at a time, since EUPHORIA alongside another GHK-Cu product doubles the copper.
- Never change the dose yourself. If you miss a dose, follow your directions and do not take two to make up for it.
If one aim is the whole picture, a single component may fit better: kisspeptin alone for desire or hormone signalling, MOTS-c alone for metabolic goals, or GHK-Cu alone for skin.

When waiting is the wrong answer
Low testosterone on labs is a diagnosis with its own treatment, and kisspeptin has not been shown to correct it. Low desire on an SSRI or a new medication may be the medication. Fatigue with thyroid, iron or glucose problems is findable. A skin change that is new, changing or will not heal belongs with a dermatologist. Waiting longer on EUPHORIA does not alter any of these.

What the evidence shows, honestly
EUPHORIA is four separate literatures in one vial. Kisspeptin has human mechanistic studies and small trials, mostly with kisspeptin-54 by vein; MOTS-c has mouse work and no human trials; GHK-Cu has small topical human studies; BPC-157 has animal work and an inconclusive enema abstract. The blend has never been tested, so it has no timeline, no effect size and no evidence that the four together do more than one alone.
Kisspeptin-10 remains in Category 2 of the FDA's interim 503A list, where it has been since 29 September 2023. BPC-157 and MOTS-c were removed from Category 2 in April 2026 and recommended for the 503A Bulks List by the FDA's advisory committee in July 2026, with final determinations pending. GHK-Cu is scheduled for review before the end of February 2027. Compounded medications are not FDA approved.
