Each treatment has a standardized starting protocol set by the medical team, and your physician confirms or adjusts it for you from your history, weight, medications, and labs where required. The exact dose and schedule are printed on the pharmacy label, and any later change is made by your physician from the chart without an appointment.

Yes. The Hello Pepti app is free on iOS from the App Store, with Android coming. Everything in your web account is in the app: the assessment, messaging your physician, dose requests, refill and shipment tracking, bloodwork results, and pausing or cancelling. The website account does the same things if you would rather not install anything.
18 or older, a current US resident in a state Pepti serves, and seeking treatment for yourself. You confirm all three in the intake and upload a government photo ID so the physician can verify identity and age before prescribing.
No. Prescription medication is prescribed to one person after their own assessment, so each adult completes their own intake, uploads their own ID, and has their own account. You can share a link; the assessment itself has to be theirs.
Telehealth prescribing requires the physician to verify who they are treating, including age and state of residence. Your ID is checked against your intake, stored encrypted under HIPAA, used only for your care, and never shared for advertising. If the photo is unreadable you get a text asking for a clearer one.
Credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. Pepti does not offer buy-now-pay-later plans, does not bill insurance, and does not take PayPal or cryptocurrency. Your card is saved securely for refills, and you can change it anytime from your account.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the physician does not prescribe, the medication charge is refunded automatically; for anything else, email support@hellopepti.com and you get a reply within 2 business days.
On your refill cycle, about every 28 days from the day you first paid, at the same price as your first fill for the same dose. You get a text a few days before it renews, your physician reviews the refill, and it ships after the charge. Cancel from your account before the renewal date and it does not bill. A shipment hold delays delivery only; billing continues while it's held.
Yes, by text at each step: a heads-up a few days before the refill renews, a confirmation when it bills, a note when the pharmacy is compounding, the tracking number when it ships, and a delivery confirmation. Messages from your physician also arrive by text with a link to reply.
Yes. Under Your medications in your account, cancel the one you want to stop. Its future billing ends, the shipment already in progress still arrives, and the rest of your plan continues on the same schedule. Cancelling the last medication cancels the plan.
Yes. Pause from your account or the app and refills and billing stop until you resume, with your prescription and physician still attached to your account. If you are only travelling, use Hold my shipments instead, which delays delivery while billing continues.
From your account or the app, tap the medication and request a dose change. It goes to your physician as a request, not an automatic change; they approve it, adjust it, or message you, and the new dose and supply are set from the chart. A dose increase that needs more medication is billed at the pharmacy's cost.
Returning customers reorder with one tap from the account or the app: the last completed order is repeated to the saved card, goes to the physician for review like any refill, and ships after approval. Tell your physician through messaging if anything about your health or medications has changed since the last order.
In your account under shipping, before the next refill ships; the change applies to the next shipment. Medication ships only to street addresses in states Pepti serves, not to PO Boxes. If you move to another state, message your physician so the prescription is reviewed for your new address.

Pepti does not bill insurance, so there is no claim to file; the receipt is the reimbursement document.
Yes. Request deletion from your account or the app. Any active subscription is cancelled immediately and your name, email, and phone are removed so the account can no longer be signed into; a de-identified clinical record is retained because HIPAA and state law require the physician and pharmacy to keep it. Cancelling treatment does not delete your account; deletion is a separate request.
Both are weekly GLP-1 injections prescribed to support weight management, and both require recent bloodwork. Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 receptor alone; tirzepatide acts on both the GLP-1 and GIP receptors. The assessment process available on the Pepti website asks a series of medical questions, and the answers provided are reviewed by an independent licensed physician affiliated with our partner physician network. The licensed providers have established exclusionary criteria, and the answers provided determine if the individual is screened out of eligibility for treatment. The licensed clinicians retain the sole decision to prescribe peptide therapy and other compounded medications to patients. Treatment may be denied at the physician's sole discretion. If a prescription is not approved, you will not be charged for the medication.
Pharmacy Providers. Pepti is a technology platform and is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or prescriber. All medications offered through the platform are compounded by independent FDA-registered 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies based on a valid prescription written by a licensed physician for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as products. The active pharmaceutical ingredients used by our partner pharmacies are sourced from FDA-registered facilities. Compounded medications may not undergo the same testing or quality control as commercially manufactured FDA-approved drugs.

Mailing & shipping. Pepti currently dispenses prescription medication to patients in 50 states. All orders ship in unbranded, tamper-evident packaging via expedited delivery from our partner compounding pharmacies. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with insulated packaging and ice packs. Shipping is included at no additional cost. We do not currently ship medication outside 50 states, internationally, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Not for emergencies. Pepti is not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. For urgent but non-emergency medical questions, contact your primary care provider or use an urgent care service.
No doctor-patient relationship with Pepti. Your use of the platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and pepti LLC. A doctor-patient relationship is established only between you and the independent licensed physician who reviews your intake and prescribes your treatment. The physicians who use the platform are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the medical care they provide.
Prescription medications. All prescription products require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information may result in inappropriate treatment recommendations or denial of service.
Cosmetic & wellness products.Certain products offered through Pepti — including skincare, hair care, body care, supplements, men's grooming, sports recovery, and sexual wellness products — are cosmetic or dietary supplement products, not prescription medications.
